Requested a strawberry Cappuccino today; after I received it from the drive thru line. I felt like the drink was a little thin. My Cappuccino wasnt as thick as I felt it should have been.However I was already enroute home. I felt it wasnt worth me burning our more gas to turn around to take the drink back. Shouldve called them to complaint about my drink. After all, It was over $5.00. And it should have been right.

You spend all of that money for a cup of coffee and they run out of caramel drizzle!!! That makes the machiatto good!! Too expensive for a cup of Joe!

This place used to be my favorite Starbucks hands down until my favorite barista took a leave and I stopped seeing the other baristas I know make wonderful drinks every time. I still go here as they are definitely better compared to the locations in Matteson and Flossmoor 🙄. Anyhow, my drinks are being made as a hit or miss. They always forget to make my caramel apple spice iced, sometimes my mochas arent made properly, they leave off toppings(more recent incident in pictures), and the customer service now is a little weird with all the newer people in the morning. Food overall is good, but I have instances where it was 1 second from being inedible burnt and then not cooked enough.I changed it from 5 stars to 4 for these reasons. There are still some good baristas there when I go but majority of the time I dont get them anymore and thats when my food and drinks are a hit or miss.

Nice store, clean. Customers relaxing. Employees helpful and patient. I left a decent tip of over $2.00.

They need another shot of espresso ... they slow. We walked in and ordered two drinks because there was no one inside, but there was a line in the drive through. No other customers inside. It took more than 10 minutes.

Unfortunately this location I will never go back again usually this is my go to location almost everyday the drinks are always good and the customer service is normally on point but on this one day I decided to go for the BOGO deal just to find out they charged me full price for the drinks I called and spoke with a shift leader and I told her I was charged full price when one is supposed to be free she tells me that I was supposed to ask for it and it was for members only now keep in mind I am a regular customer that goes to different Starbucks everyday and this is not the first time that I went for the BOGO deal and I have never ever heard someone tell me that I have to ask for it if you have a promotion the manager and employees should know about it and honor it

Physically nice place, good coffee, no pressure to leave. Its great to have a place like this to meet and talk with friends or business associates. The music was loud enough that it hampered our conversation, tough. The barista cheerfully put up with my not knowing exactly how to order what I wanted. And she prepared a single pour over serving of coffee just for me.

Great Location. I live 2 miles from the Crestwood location and will not go there. After 3 visits there the service and attitude of the Employees never improved. I come 5 miles out of my way to come here. Employees here are outstanding.

I LOVE this Starbucks. They are always so fast and accommodating. You know you are going to be there for a total of 5 minutes and all the other Starbucks you go to you’re going to end up being there for half the day in the drive thru.

Very disappointed with todays visit since I normally have exceptional service at this location. I walked in with my family and the cashier just stared at us. She didnt say can I help you or anything. It was just this weird awkward silence with her just looking at us and then my husband just decided to say what he wanted. Also when we were finished and she handed me the receipt, I was the one that said thank you. Labor Day or not, the service needs to be consistent. Here is the info from my receipt in case management needs it. CHK 713935, Date of visit is 9/4/2017 at 4:09pm. Drawer 2, Reg: 1. Total sale was $26.27 and these numbers are at the top of the receipt: 1959456. Also the store number I think is 29698. I expect to be greeted when I walk to the register and not stared at like some side show freak. Please dont do this ever again. I come on Sunday after church and have never experienced this before. It was weird and made us all uncomfortable.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to! I ordered 4 orders of egg bites and one of their new drinks. I did receive the email bites. I come on my break from work so I have a limited time to get everything that I need. I was told because of my wait my last order of egg bites was comped. I was like thank you so much. I realized that they had forgotten to give me the drink when I made it back to work. Upon trying to call Starbucks their phone did not work. I travelled back to the Starbucks and the manager gave me a card for $4.95 off of my next purchase. I explained to him for health reasons I will not drink any of the drinks with the syrup in them and I hate coffee. I just wanted a bottle of juice. I picked up my drink which I had to ask to have remade. I will from now on be picking up orders from the Starbucks in Crestwood for my coworkers.

I just went through the drive thru, very upsetting my coffee wasnt prepared as I ordered it. Of course Im home now.I asked for an iced grande Latte with an extra shot of espresso.Its a big deal since Starbucks charges premium for their beverages. I called the store asked to speak with the manager Ivan, the manager questioned whether I know what does I was just at! Adding insult to injury!I recommend the Starbucks on harlem and 159th street. They get orders correctly.

Just ordered a small salted cold foam cold brew easy ice. Half my drink is ice! Coffee is extremely weak, barely any foam on top! Very disappointed!

Starbucks is a nice place next to the train station at the convenient intersection of 159th & Cicero. They are consistent with the drinks they sell and the prices are reasonable.

Drink tastes good, but terrible choice of music. More like club house music than coffee house music, and loud too. Not good for working or studying. OK for doing nothing and watching random traffic running through the intersection. Music, still LOUD though.

I ordered a Nitro Cocoa Cold coffee and the red pepper and cheese egg bites, and my daughter ordered carmel frappuccino. It took about five minutes for me to get my eggs first, then five minutes later, I got my drink, (now my eggs are getting cold), five minutes after THAT, my daughter FINALLY got her drink. Only 2 customers inside here...4 people behind the counter. WTH? Poor service here folks. Not good. Horrible choice of music, sounded like a dance club, not a good choice of music for a Starbucks!And btw...the cashier was a bit on the rude side. No greeting of any kind, no smile, (cant belive I gave a buck tip, but tipping is a habit for me at any Starbucks), no thank you after she saw me tip either. Starbucks, recently promoted Blonde Expresso Roast. I purchased a 1 lb bag. Its not currently marketed to purchase by the lb. I had to ask for it. Have been making it as my daily coffee in my drip coffee maker at home. It is a robust coffee that a dark roast affecianato prefers without the bitterness often associated with dark roast coffee.
