The person who responded to my call was rude. I was told that they (DNR) are doing work for customers who completed a home assessment through ComEd and Peoples Gas. There are no appointments for others.

Long story short, I recently had some energy efficiency grant work done by them. Once done the I notice that the cabinetry began to pull from the wall a bit. So I called the company back and they said theyd send someone out to look at it. The someone was the owner himself. He explained why the newly remodeled houses cabinets were nice they werent hung properly causing the cabinets to pull away from the wall. So he then offers instead of only repairing the only two cabinets to send his guys to take them down and hang them all properly free of charge which was far beyond my expectations of thinking itd be like pulling teeth.

They came out to inspect my home after looking in my attic I was told no work could be done had me to sign s paper and left. I was disappointed with this.
