Window And Door Superstore was a great company to work with from the very beginning, when we picked out the window design we wanted at the show room, to the quotation process, the order process, and finally the installation; everyone there is very professional and does a wonderful job. The day of the installation, the workers were on time, wore booties in my house, laid tarps down everywhere they were going to walk, and then installed the windows beautifully. Outstanding service started with Kevin, who very patiently talked me through options and explained what I didnt understand. Impressively, he did not try to oversell me - he talked me through why he wouldnt recommend my (more expensive) choice. The installation crew was outstanding: professional, courteous, quiet and CLEAN. I was extremely nervous that I would be unhappy...but every assurance Kevin gave me was true. There was no damage (including at a tricky tile area); there was no part of the walls needing repainting. And, the vinyl really does look like real wood. The finished product is beautiful. And the outside framing is better than what was there before install. I recommend Window & Door superstore without hesitation.

Our door was installed on Thursday, and we love it! Our installer was prompt, courteous and did a great job! Even vacuumed up around the door when it was complete. We are so glad we chose Windows and Door Superstore for our new food.

The windows and craftsmanship have withstood a pounding and I can honestly say they stand by everything they say. It seems there is a different store that sells this service on every corner and I researched and visited many. When I entered Window and Door superstore I was greeted by Steve and was impressed with his knowledge. He knew the old ROW windows we were replacing and I swear he new the measurements without measuring.The crew was excellent in all respects. I ordered my windows in July, and they were installed in October. They were worth the wait. Steve was outstanding in ensuring everything was coordinated with my purchase and helped us understand the differences in style, material, and installation process. Two weeks before installation, I was contacted to set up the install date and estimate time for installment and reminders for preparation. Dave, John, Bryan, and Shane arrived on time and immediately started work on installation day. They were efficient, and to watch how they coordinated each position for maximin efficiency was a wonder. They were also willing to pause and answer any question and explain their reasons for what they were doing. I was pleased with how they worked AND how they cleaned up. I will call on them again when I replace more of my old windows. If you are looking, you must consider Window & Door Superstore of Oak Forest.

From start to finish, it was a great experience purchasing windows and having them installed by Window and Door Superstore of Oak Forest . It took quite awhile to have them done (ordered early Oct, installed early January) but they were upfront about it and we werent in a hurry . Communication was always great . We were worried about our wooden floors but they were extra careful to cover all our floors and cleaned up absolutely everything before they left . They showed up in the morning right when they said they would and installed 11 windows by 3:00. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service and condescending employees from the time I called them until my boyfriend went in store to pick out a door. We needed a custom size bathroom door.. I was willing to pay pretty much anything under 5000 for ONE door.. but I dont think they realized that. We just needed that door installed as soon as possible. When my boyfriend went to the store he was told to go to home Depot if he wanted a cheap door and that they werent going to drive out to our house just for a door to give us an estimate and take measurements, so that when they were out in our area doing other work they would call us in a month or so with no specific date. How unprofessional, not sure if they are trying to deter business, because they are definitely not attracting it. We will happily be taking our money elsewhere

We would reccommend the Window and Door Superstore to everyone. Their staff ia knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. We had 9 windows installed they came out measured and provided a quote. They then sent their head installer out to confirm all measurements to ensure they would cover our paint lines all so we wouldnt have to repaint any rooms. As stated they go above and beyond. If you need windows and/or door(s) they are the place to go.

The Window and Door Superstore is nothing short of awesome! The installation was absolutely perfect ! They were clean and courteous and VERY conscientious of the install being perfect when finished! DONOT fall for anyone telling you they won’t disturb your woodwork inside, those are junk windows( tv people), and the installers won’t even speak English! I had my entire homes windows replaced, and liked it so much that I went right back and ordered a sliding door to the deck!!!! Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Steve the salesman. After explaining to Steve what we were looking for in a storm door he showed us the various types and styles that were available and what might work best for out situations. We were looking for a front and rear storm door that would make the front of the house look more elegant while still being practical and allowing in the fresh air in the summer, and for something a little safer and more secure for the back door while still enhancing the beauty of the new rear house door that we had just purchased and allowing us to use it for a nice cross breeze as well.Steve took his time and showed us the various types and styles of storm doors that were available and would accomplish exactly what we needed. Explaining as he went along exactly what benefits each door had and why they would work for us. A truly pleasant and knowledgeable individual! He made our experience with his company a very fluid and enjoyable experience.After a few days, he came out to take measurements for the storm doors and to make sure that there wouldn’t be any issues with their installation. At that point, things were going so well that we asked him if his company replaced windows in window wells. He responded yes, and proceeded to explain in detail exactly the type of windows that they used and why they would be great for our situation. After explaining everything to us in detail, we decided to have those windows replaced as well.Steve is truly a very personable and knowledgeable individual. An asset to his company.
