This is one of my favorite stores on the island if youre a farmer its the place to go besides farmers market

Been a customer for over 30 years and yesterday was the worst service by the rudest lady I have ever had in that store. I was told they did not have what I was asking for, and would not help me or look it up in the computer. Told me to go back and look.. I went to the back and found the parts. Never been treated like that in that store. Lazy at it worst!

The staff is always helpful and they always have bigger/bulk stuff in the back.

I want to go out of my way to support this place just from the positive interaction with James on the phone.

Good for anything farming or animal related.

Their pies are awesome. I mean really good. Clean..has a salad bar.

Nice country store. Youll find things there that you cant find elsewhere. The staff are all super nice. My favorite items are the homemade foods (jellies, canned goods).

Not just for farmers and pet owners! Good prices on gas & propane. I discovered a great pair of shoes when I went in the store to ask about the propane!

This is a nice, quaint country supply store in Oak Harbor. We use to live here 20 years ago, but come back several times a year to visit family. The prices are often very competitive to those found in larger metropolitan areas. We like to shop for our pets when we come back to OH. They have supplies for horses, cats, dogs and rabbits. If you need something, stop on by. I think youll be glad you did.

Absolutely great store! Has everything you could think of to supply any animals you may have from cattle, chickens, dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles! Love their clothing line too!

Rather pricy and they dont pay attention to what youre buying

Your website does nothing for anyone. It needs more information and input about when or if you have live chics, ducks or other animals.

Its got a pretty good supply of gardening supplies that got my garden off to a pretty good start. They also have the big bags of vermiculite, potting soil, peat and the like.

Way too much for hay here. Their prices are at least $5 more per bale (alfalfa) than anywhere else. Why???

Pant selection is looking scarce. Other than that visit was great.

Normally I have a great experience.Today went to get gas, the attendant is off at 4pm. The pumps should have a sign stating that if you want to pay with cash pay inside is only when there is an attendant on duty.

Friendly and have what I need and reasonable.

Dont feel comfortable in a store where they lack smiles.

This has become one of my favorite places in Oak Harbor. I recently bought baby chicks from there and they are wonderful. They offer a variety of breeds and take care of them well!

The customer service here is unbeatable! Even during the insanely bust Pet Palooza hours, I still had 3 employees throughout my shopping trip that went above and beyond for me on so many levels!My dogs food has been bought out by another company and apparently the formula is changing. This is a big deal because she has ulcers and food sensitivities. They listened to what she couldnt have, asked about her tummy issues, and were able to find me a good option to switch her to. If that wasnt enough, they went on their system and saw that the Freeland store was the only location that had her normal food left. They immediately called down there and ordered me the only 2 bags left for an easier transition on my dog. The manager himself, drove the bags an hour to this store and I received a call within a couple hours stating that it was ready for pickup.Without hesitation, one employee carried the heavy bags to my car without me even having to ask. This stood out to me because while I am young and appear to be able bodied, I have a plethora of physical limitations and this prevented me from enduring more pain.Thank you so much for everything you guys do and the love and support that you have for your human and animal customers!

Had what I needed, however customer service was definitely lacking. I havent shopped there in several years since I had a very bad experience with a young and rude sales clerk, who has since been fired but there just wasnt anyone interested in being on the floor and helping customers besides myself.

I pulled in here to get fuel because to the sign that says we will pump your fuel and I wanted to complete a work email while I refueled.The fuel attendant comes out and stands at his booth and starts talking to the lady filling a can in front of me.I rolled down my window and told him I wanted fuel and he says oh you want me to fill it for you?I replied thats why I came here but couldnt help but wonder why this employee was asking if I wanted him to do the job hes paid for.

Very friendly sales people. Well stocked store. Great vatiety of pet products for all your animals. Even the large hooved ones! The also have clothing for you and your family.

Gas station available at the store. Friendly people. Large diverse farm selection. Wife loved the baby chicks.

I buy pellets for my grill here, always a good selection year round. I grill all year long.

Wonderful variety! I ordered the gamey foods my dog loves and it took a few weeks but he loves them. Be sure to buy during petapalooza it makes the prices the same as the commissary.

I had just called a few minutes ago asking for the hiring managers name and the lady who answered the phone had a rude tone and said it was the manager. when she gave me her name i repeated it back to make sure i had it right and again she had a rude tone and corrected me. when i spelled it back to her to make it was right there was a pause and i had to ask her if it was spelled right. she said yes and before i even had the chance she hung up on me right away. i did not at all feel welcomed and think she couldve handled it a lot better.
