Someone contacted me via email the next day to let me know about the back order and my options which I thought was great. We actually had 4-5 email exchanges back to back. It was nice I was actually speaking (typing to an actual human). Shipping showed 4-7 days (I think) but arrived in 3. THAT was a nice surprise!!! Price was competitive (less expensive) for my parts than other online retail outlets. Keep up the good work, Ill be ordering again!!!

The website confirmed it would fit my car, but when installing it I noticed it used newer parts that didnt fit my car. Cheapest oem haldex controller for my P1 volvo online.Saved me $400.Was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 days from across the country.Fedex showed up the next day with my DEM controller!!!!Beyond impressed.

I started using this vendor to get parts for my wifes vehicle a couple weeks ago. After purchasing my second part from them I got a notice saying that the part is on backorder for 3-10 weeks, would I like to continue with the order as the part is coming from Sweden. I wrote them back telling them that they may want to notify customers of this by letting customers know whether item is in stock or not and so on. There reply was an image of there site. In the image I did see the banner with a notice however it did blend into the site quite well and when I made my purchase that banner was non-existent. I offered some suggestions as to how they can improve the site so people can see the info readily, instead the staff decide to go the insult route and told me most people just read . If I could give 0 stars I would. This is pretty surprising considering how many great reviews this company has on google. Must be a few bad apples there.

After paying for shipping via FedEx, and getting a confirmation of my correct address, shipper left off one digit of my unit number making the package undelivered. so nice to pay for shipping so I can burn an equal amount in gas to go pick it up at a FedEx location myself

They don’t mind taking your order and shipping it out right away but when there is an issue after application to your vehicle from there product provided and an issue there is no advice except we can exchange it. Great but what happened to your product incorrectly on my vehicle. Incorrectly because the paint was fine but the clear coat was completely dry and now I’m left w paint siting there on car and this store telling me go to a body shop. And won’t sent the clear coat until there entire product comes back.

These guys are average nothing great nothing horrible, I would rate them higher but they substantially raised my shipping price after I had already paid and sent the item in a box that was literally three times as large as it had to be. If they would have simply put the item in a smaller box it would have saved me a considerable amount of money, also no one answers the phone

I have ordered a number of parts from them so far and I am very pleased with the selection, prices, and shipping. I ordered a number of bolts from them and received them before another site was able to ship the same items. I also purchased a new inner tie rod after running into a seized outer tie rod which had to be hack-sawed off. I ordered on a Sunday (they are closed Saturday and Sunday) and received it on Wednesday, and for a few dollars cheaper than other Volvo part sites.

I love this site at first seemed very sketchy but it’s from Volvo so I trusted it have been doing purchases from them and every time it’s professional detailed and always deliver on time. I just wish they where more detailed or showed more pictures about certain stuff but again I don’t think that’s there fault. Color codes are a huge hit or miss in my opinion but nonetheless it’s a great safe website!

All good except shipping cost too high. My first order with this source. Surprised they had these miscellaneous parts for an old 740. Parts took about a week to receive which was OK because these parts did not effect use of car. Parts cost $37.65 & shipping was $27.76. Envelop weighted 2.2 ounces! For next order I will have to compare parts & shipping total with other Volvo dealers.

I was able to find the trim part for my Volvo with ease, however I would like to been able to get more details from an expert, as I was not exactly sure if I needed other components listed on the provided diaphragm. I was connected with an actual person, unfortunately they could not confirm if I needed the clips listed. I purchased the clips anyway, along with the trim and turns out I did not need the clips at all. They were included. Truth be told all I needed were the clips. Bought a windshield for a 1976 260 and gave them the correct vin. They said it was going to take a while to get the windshield. Had to pay 150$ twice for shipping. (So 300$). Received it few weeks later and tried fitting it on and its not even close to the original.

Very Unhappy. I ordered rear shocks for my 2006 S40. The product clearly pictured was the full assembly - boot, bellows, mount, and shock - complete with diagram. What came in the mail was only the shock itself. Not only is this not the complete product I ordered, but this also delays the repair of my vehicle during a crucial time. I feel deceived and misled. Customer service is not responding.UPDATE: Got a hold of their customer service. Had to argue in order to receive a full refund, but they did agree to do it. Im changing my review to three stars. Hopefully there are no more issues.

There is also a feature where they ask the VIN to presumably confirm that you are ordering the right part - I like the double check.My only criticism is the high shipping/handling charge - with my recent order 25% of the order cost was S/H. If they would drop (or lower) that cost, I would buy all my parts there.

I needed an exterior trim part for my 1997 Volvo 850 wagon. Easy to find and order the right part on Volvo Parts Webstore, even though it is a 21-year-old car. I estimate I saved 30-50% by sourcing the part directly and just paying for the installation labor. Im a happy camper.

I ordered the wrong part. It happens sometimes and that is my bad. I was disappointed when I tried to return it and was told they would not accept a return because it was an electrical part and they had no way of knowing if it had been used. I told the representative that it wasnt used, still in the box. Only the label that was taping the box closed was cut so I could open the box. The part didnt even come in clear sealed packaging otherwise I would have realized it was the wrong part as soon as I saw it and not broken the seal. I offered to send pictures to prove that it was obviously unused but the representative declined the pictures and kept reciting their policy.I get that I ordered the wrong part and they have their policy but I hoped we could come to some resolution. Their prices seem slightly better than FCP Euro but Ive ordered and returned a lot of parts with FCP and theyve always been great to work with. Its worth the extra couple bucks, free shipping, and lifelong guarantee.Did they totally screw me over? No, they delivered what they promised and stuck to their policy. Did they do the absolute minimum to help a customer? Unfortunately, yeah. There are simply better companies to work with.
