Tow truck as requested and this company was dispatched through AAA. They towed the vehicle to the wrong address and left it there. Ended up having to get another towing from another company from the wrong address to the correct one after being notified that the vehicle was not at the location requested.

Awful driver wouldnt put flat tire in truck. I told driver to check donut first, herefused. put flat donut on car, drove off, told me I was on my own.

I called AAA roadside assistance and was told the first tow company was going to be there in 12 - 15 minutes, I called at 10:15 pm. then after over an hour I called back and was told they would be there in 20 minutes, called back a third time after waiting another hout and was told they would be there at 2:30 am! I was stuck on the freeway with a tire blow out. I told them that was unacceptable find me another company NOW! The gave me BMI Road Service they said they would be there within 30 minutes - they were there in 20 minutes. The driver called and let me know when he would arrive, he was very professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

If you want to die in 90 degrees and never be picked up called them I would not recommend over 3 hours and still no tow truck

Hank was SO helpful and knowledgeable about shops in the area and answered all of my questions. After my car breaking down in the evening, as soon as Hank showed up he got right to work, and moved quickly to get my car off the road.

Great 24 hr road side service!

Called aaa at 4pm they screwed up 3 towers. Then they sent BMI to the wrong location the driver called me and assured me he would still tow me . Long story short bmi drove an extra 10 mile to the correct location picked up my truck and delivered it to me with 0 problems and 220% over my satisfaction its now 129am and I will tell everyone I know that needs a tow to call bmi directly Im giving 5 stars because Google wont let me give twenty stars. Thank you bmi for doing a great job and I am truly grateful for your dedication and professionalism even after AAA sent you on a wild goose chase. If you want the job done right call BMI
