The manager Mike was awesome. He did more then enough to satisfy me. He hooked me up with a set of four new tires on my Mercedes S550. No issues at all. Great shop I will do business with them again.

The time and effort the mechanic took with my car is greatly appreciate he went over and above with repairing my steering I have a classic 1970 Oldsmobile 98 (with 26 inch rims) I was having a very hard time getting someone to repair the steering problem (pulling to left) I took my vehicle to 3 different repair shops no one could find the problem until the mechanic here found the issue and corrected it while spotting the incorrect installation of my steering gear (installed by Harolds frame shop) I will continue to patronize and refer people to do the same

If you want honest mechanics go somewhere else. They will try and sell you parts you dont need. Even if youre a long time customer that spent thousands of dollars, they will still try and get over on you. Absolutely no regard for customers. I give it a 2 star because of the lesson learned.

Tire Pressure Alert was on and they found a screw in my tire and repaired it. They were real busy. Waited almost 2 hours but glad they fixed it.

Came for a simple tire plug so I could go on with my day. I was given a 15 minute window for the work (putting in a plug takes 1 minute). They forgot about me while my tire deflated in their lot waiting to get the simple task done. When I asked what was taking so long, about an hour later, the two women at the counter said they ran into problems with the vehicle before me which was a lie and didnt seem to understand they should have at least informed me as such. At least I know not to come for real problems or when I need to drop some serious cash.

US Wheel and Tire does not offer free inspections, they have a sign on the door that say they offer free inspections but when you enter the facility and ask about free inspections they say it only applies if you get the vehicle repaired. This place is very dishonest, the women at the front counter lie more then the men repairing the vehicles.They deceive as a team. They are the typical 8 mile car repair facility that takes advantage of the surrounding citizens who don’t know much about vehicles, and will tell you to replace parts you don’t actually need. This place will be out of business before you know it. Don’t waste you time getting your car inspected here, know exactly what the problem is first. If you don’t believe me, ride past the facility the repair bays and parking lot are always empty.

If I could have given them a quarter of a star I would I went in there and I just felt the worst Vibe coming from the girl in the front the whole time I was talking to her she was on her phone and I asked her to kind of step it up a little bit because I had to be at work so she laughed at me and said everybody has to work honey I felt disrespected she was so rude it was unbelievable Im a very big people person I know how to interact with customers she by far gets an F in my book I wouldnt bring in my Tonka truck to get serviced by these people. Very poor service!

Went to buy rims and tire.. they didn’t have rims I liked n stock I clearly informed Leah of the size tires I wanted. She showed me a set but the were off-road tires I told her no she showed me another set they were what I was looking for but they were the wrong size... I didn’t realize they were the wrong size til later after the purchase that night. The next morning I contacted them to informed them that they sold me the wrong size they said the sale was finale even though I had not picked the tires up from them. Not good business

I recently had a 4 inch rough country lift kit installed at US WHEEL AND TIRE . These people are awful. Was going to have my truck lifted by them and get a text at 1130 at night telling me not to come. The guy named Jo cant even do his job right and wont answer your calls or text. You try to call the stores and they answer rude and put you on hold forever where I just hang up.

This was the most terrible time since 05. They had big juicy wings and the seasoning they are known for, covered every nook and cranny, bursting with flavor we could not get enough of! This time the pieces were small, over cooked with the seasoning sprinkled on like half the food. It tasted like it was cooked in old oil, and the fries, it was as if some were fresh and some old. Ive been getting crack chicken since before it was a thing, we used to order like 100 wings at a time! This makes me want to cook at home. I felt like a jerk feeding it to my kids.

I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the staff. Great job replacing my tire.

Hands down the best place to get almost anything serviced. I went to get a FREE safety inspection a couple of weeks ago. They told me what I needed fixed and even helped me budget the things I needed to get fixed. Sam and his team is always on it! He even gave me a discount on new tires. 10/10. Go see them ASAP!!!

This merchant prioritized making a sale over what was best for the customer.
