Ive brought my old Mazda into the guys before and was always very satisfied. John and his team were recommended by a friend, and I have never looked back: theyre just very good, professional and trustworthy. But today, well, they exceeded even their previous record for great service. I brought the car in because I heard what I thought was a concerning noise in the front right wheel. The guys took it out to identify the noise: nothing. They put it up on the lift: no evident issues. They assured me that there was no safety concerns that they could see, which was really what I needed confirmed. I was so assured. And they didnt charge me. Gratitude. Thank you! See you in 3000 miles for the break pads!

Worst service ever bad customer service

Our car broke down yesterday and we had it towed based on reviews. We could not be more pleased for their work. They kept it reasonable and fair pricing.

Love these guys. Started coming to them last year to get a second opinion on a $1,000 repair recommended by another place. I told them what to look for. They couldve soaked me and also said the repair was necessary. But they didnt. Said what was being proposed by the other place was unnecessary. Got my oil changed and went on my merry way. Been + experiences ever since. Lots of integrity at the this throwback business at Lake and Ridgeland.

Air for tires 75c, it was thec3rd station I went to, to get air is a RIP off out here in these streets---

Jon, the owner is amazing. I had to have the bulbs of my headligths changed.Called another auto repair shop but didnt like their fees. Jon did replace them in less than 15 minutes and at a fraction of the cost.If you have a problem with your car definitely give Oak Park Citgo a call.

They indicated the problem and fixed it the price was reasonable . The staff was pleasant and masked of needed I will use them again
