The worst hair I ever purchased. Save your money! It sheds and tangles and is just a hot mess. I couldnt wait to take it out. A waste of 💰

The hair isn’t worth the price. I paid over $200 for some hair that started to shed once I got them and it tangles like crazy. The whole company was rude and I will mot be a returning customer. Whoever works at the front desk acted like she had an attitude the whole time. They should be shut down or either they should revamp their whole image, new hair vendor, and staff. Horrible experience... I cannot stress this enough.

Mini rant alert. So I’ve been dealing with Ultimate Hair for roughly 2.5 years. I had one bad experience with the hair and went to try another company who I won’t name. They completely let me down. About a year later I have Ultimate another try. I will say this. The hair is IMMACULATE!!! It takes well to color. Minimum shedding (all hair will shed. Even your natural hair) and my curls in my deep wave are still in tact. I just can’t move past the stylist/managers sh*tty attitude. At one point I even asked her is this just how she is and she should consider hiring front desk help. Well she obviously took my advice because went I went in recently there was someone else working the front counter. I asked for a stylist referral and she directed me to the stylist Jazi (baby girl w/ the bad attitude but whatever. I was desperate because I was going out of town) I asked did she have openings for the next day and she said she was booked for the next 3 days and to check the link in her bio for openings. I booked with another stylist in the plaza but later that night when i went to her IG and clicked the link on her page (just to see her pricing for future reference ) she was NOT booked for that day. Or even the next day! In fact she was fully open with the exception of 3 times slots. I feel like that was a slap to my face. Nonetheless I got my hair done and I loved my hair but I am urging whoever actually runs this company. Consider some alterations as far as staffing. I will agree with the previous reviews on the customer service portion but as far as the hair quality. I have to disagree. Be sure to treat your virgin hair as if it’s your own. This is the best hair hands down.

I have been using their hair for over 3 years now. I am so disappointed due to the fact that 1. the stylist working there who also sold me the hair was very rude and unwelcoming. they should just let her do her thing and have someone who actually specializes in customer service handle sales. when I got home and prepped the hair to be co-washed before my appointment the next day, I noticed the hair was shedding much more than usual. I could not run my fingers through it without getting at least 5 strands of hair. I went to co wash it thinking maybe it was a few strands of the weft that just needed to come out but it wouldn’t stop (2/3 of my bundles had this issue). I immediately reached out to possibly rectify the situation, and my message was left on read with no response, twice. I really hate to go elsewhere because the hair is still beautiful. However I just cannot support a business that doesn’t value customer service/satisfaction.

I use to get this hair all the time when I was in high school about 4 years ago. & I just recently got some hair from them about 3 months ago and must I say ITS HORRIBLE NOW ! It sheds like crazy. Every morning and night when I brush it, I Have pails of hair on the floor. Bundles are so dry and tangled. It was definitely a waste of money. Maybe I had some bad hair but I’m definitely not ordering hair from them again!!!

Sadly I am considering parting ways. I used to love getting my hair from here but over time this place has gone down. I thought maybe Jazmine was having a bad week (yes I said week) but after my most recent encounter AND reading these reviews she is just not a good fit for this establishment. Stick to your profession behind the chair and NOT in the front dealing with customers. The past weekend was the absolute worst encounter ever and I’ll do the company a favor and withhold the details. And to the owner before you come on here denying please take heed to all of the very SIMILAR reviews. I hope to continue patronizing this company but for now I think I will take a break. Customer service is what drives your business hopefully I can revisit this and leave a more positive review in the near future.

I have order hair in the past from this company and I must say that shipping was always fast and easy. The owner has always responded to my emails in a professional and prompt manner. I absolutely love the quality of the hair as well as the cost and has never had any issues with my hair tangling or getting matted.

I will never in my life give this company any business ever again. I recently moved to Troy, MI from Saginaw. I’ve followed them on Instagram for quite some time now. On top of the expensive prices (don’t be fooled by the “Sale” if you screen shot all of the flyers the prices are always the same. Reason why they have to regular price list posted on their page.) the customer service is horrible. I came in the other day to purchase 4 bundles and a lace closure. I noticed a salon inside the location and asked if I could pop in. I went inside and spoke to the manager Jazi and asked if they were looking for a new stylist (seeing that they had open booths) and she quickly said no. I asked her was she the only stylist and if I could speak to the owner. She said the owner is very busy and that she is in charge when they are not in. She was very snappy and didn’t even look up from her phone to acknowledge me. I asked her if this was a bad time and directly asked if she could at least look at me when she’s speaking to me. She informed me he’s her boyfriend and that she would take my information and pass it along. Needless to say I’ll never hear from the “owner” (I’m assuming it was her and she just didn’t want someone as attractive as myself working in her establishment) I installed my bundles and they were definitely not worth what I spent. I’m almost certain I could have gotten the same, if not better, quality for a much cheaper price. Thanks!

Hair is of low quality. Hair is inexpensive but is not worth the outcome. My hair began to frizz up the second day after it was installed and became extremely tangled. The hair broke my neck out even after washing bundles prior to use. The company should try and work with a different vendor because this one is by far the WORST QUALITY.

Worse hair ever. Do not buy unless you plan for on getting the mink extensions. Anything besides the monk is pointless no matter how well I condition the ends are dry and doesnt stay straight after being flat ironed. Hair got dry as I flat ironed it waste of money
