Busy neighbor gas station. We frequent it often. We use the convenience store aspect buying Pop, newspaper etc more than gas. Gas prices tend to be on the high end, so sometimes bypass filling up here. But I do buy gas here because of the easy assess to I696 or Woodward.Friendly staff.

Like this Speedway but dont drive much anymore since gas and food are too expensive

Quite possibly the worlds worst gas station. Pumps that dont work. Rude and incompetent staff. No speedy rewards discount at the pumps. Patrons that do not move their vehicles after transferring their fuel. Just plain bad all the way around. Dont bother wasting your time. Find another gas station.

Went there today and received terrible service from a cashier named Latrice B she should not be allowed to work with people. Very rude and disrespectful I will not return

Worked a 12 hour shift and stopped here to get gas. Was really hungry and wanted a breakfast sandwich. They had absolutely nothing. They dont keep their stuff stocked. Was really bummed out. I had to go to a fast food joint to get something to eat.

This is hands down the worst gas station Ive ever been to. Besides the awful pump layout (its been this way for years and it sucks), the employees are rude and lack tact. During my visit today, the line was long and the employees were conversing loudly and hollering like they were at a backyard barbecue. The store looks worn out and tired like it hasnt been updated in decades. Thanks, Speedway, for reminding me of why I hate going to this gas station!!

Very clean, freshly brewed coffee and the store is always nice and clean.

Very poor customer service around 9pm. One star for having a public bathroom, one star because I cant give zero stars. I have had great Speedway experiences, but I am being reminded as of late why I now use Circle K.

Don’t use Apple Pay at pump. Will take your money and not dispense gas leading to fraudulent charges on your card. Employees know nothing about this system so are no hep at all.

Rude rude rude staff. I forgot my mask in truck. Went back to go get it. Before i could enter the door. A rude female worker. Yelled out at me oh you might as well turn around as i put on my mask she then yells out oh you better put it over your whole face i will never EVER spend another dime there.

The rude lady overcharged me. I pointed it out. Waited for my money. Then she said i was wrong, that she rung it up correctly. I asked for my receipt. She said i had to come back in an hour when the manager was in because she doesn’t know how to print receipts. Laziness. Called after an hour. Manager isn’t in. I know how to count. I will be back for my money and won’t spend another cent there.

Do not stop at this Speedway! Not only do they rip you off on gas prices, their air compressor does not work properly...ANOTHER Rip off!

There are always one or two pumps out of service, the pumps take FOREVER to fill, and there’s not enough cashiers for the amount of amount of customers that are constantly coming through this gas station. It’s a high traffic location so you would think Speedway would work on the efficiency.

Excellent customer service & the store is always neat and clean. I love my local Convenience store, I’m always greeted with a smile! The only con is we need more gas pumps & parking spots!

Worst Speedway to ever exist. Taking time out of my work day to write this review. Ive been here twice and will boycott this dump in the future. My Speedy Rewards card wouldnt scan both times Ive been there and my receipt for my gas wouldnt print out at the pump both times Ive been there. Like I said probably the worst Speedway to ever exist and I try to go to Speedways as much as I can.

Terrible management and rude employees. Place is less than a half mile from my home and I used to go here at least once a day for fuel and coffee or pop. Probably spent thousands of dollars here a year after first moving into the area, but I havent spent a cent here in the last 6 months. The rudeness of the staff lead by the manager finally got to me and I wont ever go back, even if it means trekking a mile or two out of my way to fuel up.

Pushy service. understandable in the morning rush. Sold an undercooked Speedy stuffer because they didnt have any prepared and made it to order but it didnt have enough time to heat up in the Heat box so that wasnt their fault. They let me switch it out no questions asked and were very pleasant about it. One thing I can add though that took off the 2 Stars. I love my clean Speedway bathrooms this ones mens toilet was covered in urine and pubic hair.

This speedway has the rudest employees on planet earth. Theyre not helpful, theyre rude and have zero to little customer assistance training what so ever. The only person who seems to do there job without any issues is Jazzy. The two older females that work there seem to hate there job . Both had Attitudes because they had to work . Good location but they need better staff asap

So I was carded and I said okay let me go get my ID because I forgot it in my car that was a whole 2 feet away. Both cashiers were nice and friendly for the most part. So I came back in with my ID not even 2 seconds later and theres a crazy line that has formed and I simply asked the cashier hey since I was already there and I just didnt have my ID am I allowed to go in front of these people?Some crazy old lady started screaming at me in the middle of the store. Neither one of the cashiers ever answered my question as I was asking them a question and I wasnt even talking to this crazy woman. I wouldnt have been mad if the cashiers told me I had to wait in line again but I may have took my business elsewhere because I was running late for work. However I am mad that some crazy lady screamed at me in the middle of Speedway and no one told her to be quiet or even just answered my question and let me know if I needed to wait in line again or if I could go to the front of the line because my order was already in process.I dont know what your policies are but how about when someone starts flipping out on one of your customers you tell them to stop or call the cops.

So... This is the Speedway I like to goto. I usually stop by 2-3 times a week. So, a lot of experience with the store.The staff are usually friendly, but there have been some occasions where they have been down right rude to my partner or I.The store is usually kind of dirty. The floors usually need to be mopped, I can understand with salt and people tracking in slush during the winter but come on, its sunny and warm in May.There is a decent amount of parking and it is not too close to the pumps so you can get in and out if you just want to goto the store. Pumps tend to stay very busy, so its pretty normal to have to wait a bit for one.

Rudest workers I’ve ever experienced in my lifeI work in a gas station and I know what it’s like and you don’t have to be rude like they are and I don’t invite people to come here we had to wait on the four minutes maybe five for hotdog buns and when we asked for and We were told that will that’s gonna have to wait a while and she had an attitude about that then she came back with them and asked how many my husband and I wanted and acted as if I were a burden in her day well if you don’t like your job then don’t work there is all there is for that plus the food is old and hard well the hot dogs I got had two bites and threw them away

I hate this gas station so, so much. The entire store is constantly dirty and needs to be swept and mopped. The bathrooms are always filthy, with feces everywhere sometimes. The soap dispenser in the womens bathroom hasnt worked for months. You cant swipe your credit card twice here in the same day, which is really inconvenient because what if your family has two cars? Or if you want to get a coffee after you get your gas. The employees are often rude, they used to have some nice people a few years ago, but I guess they moved on. There isnt enough parking or pumps. Sometimes the card reader doesnt work on the pump, but the employees dont put up any sign stating that fact.

Waited inside for 5 minutes while cashier tried to figure out speedy rewards redemption for another customer. Left because it didnt seem like they were close to being done.

Staff is always friendly & the inside is clean. This place is usually super busy so sometimes you do have to wait for a pump to open up.

Community staple gas station and convenience store. Recently renovated.

Horrible location, small, not nearly enough pumps and is backed up 2-3 cars more often than not. People regularly sit in their cars at the pump for several minutes with no regard for those around them.

Rudest workers I have ever encountered. I am there for coffe/gas a few times a week, the young women behind the counter act like the customers are bothering them. One is always muttering, grumbling, and swearing when she finally gets around to working the cash register. THe place needs new worker and new management.

I called to ask a question and the woman who answered responded “no” then hung up on me. I don’t understand the lack of customer service. If your not happy with your job quit!!

Pumps always full. No room to queue. Pumps always decline my working card. Difficult to get in and out of lot. Not enough parking either.
