The guy who works 3rd shift always have a attitude as if he doesnt wanna be here and always locks the door. Hes been doing this for a while now and its quite tiresome. Hes never been pleasant and perhaps 7 11 should hire equate security for the premises if he is so concerned about trouble. I agree safety and self preservation is a must but being rude to customers shouldnt come with it.

Not open 24/7. The guy at the store puts up a cardboard wall and sleeps or masterbate (possibly both) on the floor. This happens between ~12-5am, every night.

Rude employees.I dont mean to be rude but please learn a little English when working in food service and retail, so you can answer customer questions and concerns.Half the time the guys behind the register just shrug and say I dont know.Half the time, the register is broken or not accepting cash one day or not accepting cards the next.The ATM has been fixed this time and works.Half of the customers who are in the stores do not wear face coverings or masks and the employees dont seem to care. They are still crowding in the stores and standing in the aisles. Its a very small store, please TRY to be six feet from each other.

This place is not open 24hrs and it should be at least updated to show that. You can even see the guy behind the counter behind the cardboard pretending not to be there.

Says 24 hours. I have stopped by 4 times this week at night, between 9pm and midnight... they have been closed every time with a sign on the door saying closed for cleaning, will open in 1 hour. The dude is still closed for cleaning 2 hours later, I checked. If you need anything late at night, dont waste your time here. If youre closed every night, please just update your operating hours...I have generally had great interactions with the day crew.

How the hell yall listed 24 hours and the doors locked just like the Randolph location. So annoying. I literally need a first aid kit to help my son. Thanks for nothing.

Everyone there are sooooo nice!

Worst employee works here. Rude, yells at customers especially the elderly. Always on his personal phone, completely ignores people and randomly locks the store during normal business hours to sit in plain view and do absolutely nothing. A lunch break or 15 min break I can understand, but this employee does not do customer service well. Which is surprising because its a convenience store. Theres two other employees that often work together and do a great job. He should take notes from them or find another job .

Stopped at 12:29am to get something to drink. Employee had the door locked, was stocking some shelves, saw me walk up to the door and try to open it and then ignored me and kept stocking shelves. Very rude. Guess they arent 24 hrs as they say. Ill be going to the Thorntons down the street from now on.....they are REALLY open 24hrs....

Literally says open 24 hours...I got there at 9:30PM and they said they were closing..

Nice store always clean, staff very friendlyThey always greeting when I entered to storeThey are quick. They always take care the customer nicely .We are appreciate that we have good 7 eleven location in oakpark.

Walked up to the door to found out its locked and to be brushed away the worker there. Not 24 hrs by the way. Wont do business here again.

STORE EMPLOYEES CONTINUE TO HARRASS MINORITY STUDENTS! !! AS A PARENT OF AN OPRF STUDENT! I HAVE TOLD MY CHILD AND HER FRIENDS NEVER I REPEAT NEVER ENTER THAT STORE AGAIN ! STUDENTS THAT I DONT EVEN KNOW HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE MISTREATED WHEN THEY ENTER THE 711 ON SOUTH BLVD.

I just walked in this establishment to the store clerk and a young African American boy in the middle of a verbal altercation. I heard the store clerk call him the N word, TO A BOY!!! I will never step foot in this store again, and I urge all who read this to do the same. Dont perpetuate/enable hatred by spending your money at this location.

Store is a little dirty and front two windows are broken and/or boarded up as of 5/16/18
