I walked into the door and was amazed at how nice this Dollar Castle looked. The store was so clean and well laid out. They have a good selection of craft items. I saw these cotton scarves with the skills. Anyone making Masks for that untraditional person should get these scarves for the toothy smile masks. Kids love the shock value. Start making some for the fall..

First of all this store has everything lol. I came here to get a bunch of things for a formal party I hosted and I was surprised by the selection of things that they have. Secondly, the customer service was awesome. Raul was great. I came into the store several times to buy all of the things I needed and every time was a good experience. One of the items I was looking for ran out. Raul called other stores to check availability and went over and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I will definitely continue shopping here. They have a variety of things that aren’t in the average dollar store and the customer service is great!! Raul and they staff were really nice.

The manager is really nice and helpful and the store is very clean.

Raul was great. He helped me find everything i was looking for and a couple of things that went well with what i was getting. The rugs he reccomend were nice with the towels i purchased. My mother in law always comes when he is here because she knows that he will always be friendly and helpful.

New store has plenty of household items. Bought a new rug reasonably priced and made us a great deal. Staff is very helpful!

I stopped in to grab a couple of things, but when I walked in I couldn’t help but go through every isle. I was pleasantly greeted at the door by Raul. He also came and checked on me a couple of times throughout my visit, just to make sure I knew where everything was. I keep seeing positive reviews for the old Dollar castle location and negative reviews for this one, but this one is so much better. The shelves and floors were very clean. The items were neat and dust free, and not one item was a out of place. Ive been to the other store, and I just don’t get it.... I guess if I was looking to be someone’s home girl instead of a high level of customer service and cleanliness then, yeah I would pick the old Dollar General.

I was there yesterday on Valentines Day to buy stuff there was a guy named Mike he gave me a bad attitude as usual. My total was $21.20 I didnt have a nickel and he told me to go if I have it in my car very rudely. I will no longer come to this bad customer service store because I cannot deal with Mike anymore he is disrespectful and inpatient to be good customer service. I used to see 2 other people working on weekends but now Im no longer seeing them because they used to treat me with big respect. Otherwise, a very bad store unhappy.

Now walking into this store is so depressing. No one wants to greet you at the door nor has a smile on their face. It’s so sad they lost some employees who were so nice, all these new people are just to themselves.

I love coming to this place it is off the hook. The service is great and friendly I dont want to go to no other Dollar Castle in Michigan. I tried to go to another one but it didnt feel right. I get all my merchandise from them; if they stay open they Im getting all items from them. Just keep up the great service and I will keep coming. Sam is the man!!!!!!!

Love it here. Always some new treasure to find. The people running the place are fantastic. Always good for a laugh and a smile. One of my favorite places to shop

Terrible customer service. Bought 2 plasticware containers for my kids lunches. Both broke after one use. Brought back 14 days later for an exchange. Manager refused and claimed he didnt make the product and didnt sell it to me broken. Wont shop here again. Too bad because its super convenient and Ive purchased quite a bit from this store in the past.

I found so many things there that I have been looking for, and have not seen it other dollar stores. And was just pleasantly surprised at the variety of things that they carry that Dollar Tree does not carry.

Variety of products to choose from. Cosmetics, grocery, home, Cleaning, jewelry, Hygiene and toys. Great service and accessibly. Loved it!

This store sells the food items that are pass the expiration date. Yesterday I saw milk chocolate Lindt candy, $1.50 per bag. I thought its such a good deal as the regular retail price is usually $4-6. But then I looked at the expiration date and it expired in May and now its July, so its two months pass. Also lots of items they sell are not a dollar, it ranges from a dollar, but could be as high as $20. Employees are not overly rude, but do have that arrogant, I dont care attitude.
