This place is super great, they have renovated and moved things around and its very easy to find cool things! The cashier I had Sandy was very kind and I felt good leaving with some awesome thrift finds! I will definitely be coming back often.

I really enjoy this establishment; however, earlier this morning I did have a HORRIBLE experience with one of the workers who was so nasty that it actually shocked me. I was looking around and noticed that the door at the back was open. I did not go through the door, but simply peaked out. They were sorting merchandise. I was about to turn around when one of the workers yelled, you have to get away from the door, you cannot even be at the door or outside. Another worker inside heard her and asked me, Maam, who just said that. I told him the short woman with braids in her hair did. If I was doing something wrong, correct me in the proper way, not shouting, having a nasty attitude, or being unnecessarily aggressive for absolutely no reason. The worker was a short, African American woman wearing a dark blue tshirt who works there. I am a 54 year old African American woman myself, but I was immediately reminded of what my own mother and grandparents taught me; manners are ALWAYS called for and never go out of style. In addition, it is clear that regardless of an individuals age everyone does not show courtesy, professionalism, or kindness and may even not have been taught in their youth to value these traits. I sincerely hope to never need this person to wait on me. Other than this experience I have nothing but high praise for the other workers and the store in general.

Normally I never comment on employees but today I had to. Ive been donating items to your organization several times a year for many years. Today I dropped off some items for donation and one of your employees proceeded to argue with me over the value. I know what I paid for the item and what it was worth today. Ill be taking my donations elsewhere in the future.

Often times the price of something is written directly on the object in permanent marker. Vases, glass on pictures frames, directly in the center on the front of plates. Some things have labels or tape, so this is an easily solvable problem that they are capable of solving

There must be a new manager or something, but the prices have gotten ridiculous. They were charging $10 for some framed seashells and $350 for an old weathered outdoor furniture set. I used to go here often but have been coming less and less because of the ridiculous prices.

I wanted to check out a different thrift store and stopped here with my baby boy. The store was clean, and they had a ton to choose from. I was looking for place mats but found some other items instead. Within about 10 minutes I could hear 3 employees arguing on the sales floor and saying that one of them doesnt do any work, and it was getting loud. A minute would pass and then they would yell another insult across the store. My son, was aware of it and I was too...so unprofessional. I dont care where you work, I will still hold every person to behave in a professional manner, especially where you are seen and heard. The woman that cashed us out was very kind. She had nothing to do with the other argument. Very cool store, but I dont want to hear or feel hostility while my son is with me.

Didnt have price on everything in the store

The selection is very small but the prices are ok. The atmospbere is kinda depressing as theyve organized the furniture clothing and other items in a way that feels claustrophobic.maybe better lighting or colors on the walls would help. On a good note the prices on clothing is clear.

I have found ART, furniture, and high quality clothing. And the staff is so nice. This is where I donate.

This was my first visit and I found so many nice things that I actually need. I am very grateful to find such a clean thrift store with friendly customer service and great prices!

Would love to help and I did alot in their first few years and went back periodically. But it has changed drastically since, went in there and could not believe the high prices and how HORRIBLE it SMELLED. I had been told as much by others and Its true. Clean up your store and lower your prices, youll make money from the dedicated and new customers on a consistent basis. Praise the Lord!!

The majority of the items are overpriced. Although I did find some good deals on Christmas decor.Edit: I love that they now offer text messages with coupons every Tuesday. Every few weeks I score some great clothing using it. Extra star added

Went two Thursdays ago and the young lady was very nice and informative about her store and info on other locations. For the most part, this location had more than what the place could pack but it was packed neatly and clean. Nice jewelry displays and organization that made it pleasing to the eye. Far drive for me, but I will be back plenty.

You can find a variety of donated items, new donations come in all the time. Pricing is not always consistent.

Used to be a great thrift store but suddenly prices are very high and a lot of basic junk. Still worth shopping there if you believe in their cause of helping the needy (which seems very legit).

Cute little thrift store. There is a decent collection of wall art here and furniture that can be refurbed. The small items are good but unorganized and you need to take time to search through it all. Not super clean

I found some really neat knickknacks and some cute toddler boys clothes here. The staff was very nice.

Cashiers were very unprofessional with very bad attitudes. They spent more time arguing with the floor staff, swinging their heads and waving their fingers around in everybodys face instead of finding out the correct price for the items wanted. I just walked out and left my merchandise. I stay in ferndale and i would rather travel to inkster and taylor to go to their thrift stores. At least they have proper customer service skills.

They manager on duty was very rude. He was not busy at all. And the cashier which was an African American lady was Rudy and inconsiderate. She has a nasty disposition. The only decent one was a male . The store is very unorganized and smells of urine.

Thrift store of a church that get free donations & buy any of their new items tax free . Yet they charge top dollar for items. They should be a shame of themselves to sale the items at high prices.
