The customer service was great and they had what I needed. However I wish they had a better selection of things.

This store is in Oak Park and is closing very soon. Great deals on furniture, rugs, dishes and fixtures. Very sad to see Pier 1 go....the one in LaGrange closed a couple of years ago as well. So sad...not a fan of Wayfair or Magnolia. ☹

Excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. I thought Pier 1 was no longer. Been a fan since the late 1970s. So made a trip back the that location....and reconnected😀

Love the home decor. You can even find Magnolia Home products which is Chip and Joanna Gaines bussiness from the show Fixxer Upper. Which is pretty cool, they have a more rustic style. Staff is very helpful and assisted me with finding a new center piece for my coffee table. They even have a rewards program. I would come here again and recommend to friends and family.

Nice things, but watch your step. Space is cramped and when you are not aware of what is around you, and extra step or arm gesture could send product crashing to the floor.

Unfortunately not too many options left and whats left is still pricey.

Would give zero if possible. by far and away received the worst service ever. its almost as if they train their employees to service customers the complete opposite of how youre supposed to. seriously, will never, ever shop at any pier1 again.
