The customer service was ok, the service was very quick we were out of there so fast it blew my mind. We purchased a king size pillow top mattress for a very good price. The mattress is firm and thick. The only thing we werent aware of is regular king size sheets dont fit because the mattress is so thick. The guy helped up strap the mattress to the top of our vehicle. We made it home safe. We got the mattress home and this is the fourth night weve slept on it and we get a good sleep no complaints so far.

I was able to get a $500 Mattress set for only half of that.....Now it may have been a floor model.....but who cares???? Im the first to sleep on it.....and it sleeps wonderful.......Posterpedic/Plush Queen set....that is nothing short of Outstanding literally......... I never felt so good about a purchase in my life! Not only did he throw me a hellafied deal.....he even threw inn 180 thread count sheet set for me.....because he knew I really needed it but didnt have it! This man blessed my socks off! Purchased a Queen set and bedding.It was delivered without the bedding.We were told that the driver forgot it and we could go and pick it up at the store.The problem with that was we had already paid a 50$ for delivery.The person I talk to on the phone told me that forgotten purchases happen ALL THE TIME.I told him it was unexceptable.Then he told me that I would have to wait because nobody could bring it to me until Tuesday, again unexceptable.I will NEVER NEVER SPEND MONEY WITH THEM AGAIN.BECAUSE IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME THAT ITEMS ARE FORGOTTEN ON THE DELIVERIES AND NOBODY EVER GETS UPSET.RIGHT!

This store location had no customers except for myself. The 2 guys that were working acted like more was being sold than just mattresses. I HONESTLY felt like their was some drug dealing was happening through them. And the mattresses looked like they were used for years and just put up to make this location look like all they were was a mattress store. Unfortunately I could probably bet money something was definitely not legal going through there. :(
