Cameron was fantastic, friendly knowledgable and efficient. Thank you!
Dont buy your next Mitsubishi here with plans of utilizing their service center. Any other bay area Mit. dealership will serve you much better. We live in San Francisco bought our 2nd (upgraded) Mit.Outlander SE here for a good price for an early returned leased vehicle with under 3500K miles. We have done a majority of major service maintainace here although we have plenty of other options much closer. We consider ourselves loyal customers. We have been going back since we bought car 6 years ago.Was there about a 2 weeks ago for approx. 35K service check and maintainace. Paid over $300+ utiziling one of their discount coupons. Decent deal..Returned today to get a 2nd wireless key programmed for $100 and get my middle glove compartment fixed by repairing a couple of loose screws from hinge part. Nothing broken just loose screwsAnyway, I arrived and before any work commenced, I notice I left my wallet at home. Had early 8am appointment so forgot to grab it on way out- half asleep. Asked if they could use credit card on file from very recent transaction (card in my name) or if I could call home and have one read back. No go on either. Asked if could use PayPal or Vemno but they only accept Apple Pay as alternative. OK- I get this BUT where is the reciprical loyalty???This after my last appointment where they somehow forgot to fix my break lights after I specifically asked them to repair since I had been stopped by highway patrol for no back lights earlier in week. Luckily I only got a verbal to fix it.But wait, I luckily noticed NOT fixed as car was being returned to me. At first the car service guy try to put on me because I called in late. Then after some back in a forth, that could not reach me for approving the parts and service time- under $16. YET they stated in their final repair bill and statement that back lights were inspected and FIXED! Be glad to share documentation. So I got charged again but I paid it since much cheaper than auto fix it ticket and time spent going to vehicle court. My 6 year loyalty being repaid by nickled and dimed???To further insult, they let me know that putting the 2 or 3 screws back may have some cost since no longer under warranty. Really? They also gave some grief because I called back later, but several days before my scheduled appointment to get factory recall notice repair fixed - the same notice they initially sent to me!!! Why not automatically include this since safety issue for fixing rear brakes? They just seemed very annoyed with me that I messed with their service schedule and profiting.Buy somewhere else as the service department is also key and important component of this on-going deal. Heck, I would buy a car online before going back to Oakland Mitsubishi. There is one service manager that has been there too long and has a Napaleon ego & stature. Good luck on your next Mitsubishi purchase. Think very hard before buying here.Marco
I had a terrible experience here with sales team.We were negotiating with the sales rep. name Sammy here and talking about the exact range on the specific used car, at the end of the negotiation, although it was through email and phone both, out of no where they stopped answering and sold the car. Shady sales, not responsive. Dont waste your time here.
We were the first to lease a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from the dealership and Chris and Jeff treated us like family! It was our first new car ever and the experience has been great! Check them out for top service and great cars for sure!
On the plus side, the service management team is quite nice.On the negative side, I paid $195 for them to check my oil and clear a code when had they done a little more attention to detail, they could have solved my problem instead. I brought my car down for a check engine light. Im a pretty decent amateur mechanic, but due to time and unfamiliarity with this type of engine, I wanted to have the dealership run the diagnosis instead. The code was for a camshaft sensor. Causes for this issue can be: computer error, dirty oil, dirty/bad sensor, or stretched timing chain. The latter is an invasive fix and if it turned out to be that, I wanted to weigh whether or not it was something I could myself with how much it would cost to fix.It wasnt possible to diagnose whether it was a computer issue (its not), but they checked the oil on the dipstick and cleared the code (turned off the light). They handed me back the car and said come back if it comes back on. They also tried to push me towards an incredibly expensive ($1000+) belt change that was unrelated to my issue. The light did come back on. What I discovered is that checking the sensor (which if you remember is one of the potential issues) is about a 5 minute job. You pull off a connector, undo 1 single bolt, then pull it out. Surprise, mine was dirty and the magnet in the sensor had collected some metal shavings (this is normal). Rather than clean it, I put a new sensor in myself (it was $20 on amazon). Its been a week and my light hasnt come back on.Im really not sure how they could have missed this. I was charged for an hour of labor. Surely it doesnt take an entire hour to check the oil. Its shear laziness to not check the sensor when someone comes in with acode that says camshaft sensor.Funnily enough, I had accidentally left a tool in my engine bay a few months ago from when I changed my battery. When I popped the hood to look at the sensor, there it was. So youre telling me that the tech was really paying attention when he or she didnt even notice the random tool sitting in the engine compartment? As much as I dislike working on this particular car (the engine bay is fairly cramped), Ill be doing my own work on my car from now on - even the advanced stuff. I cant help but feel a bit ripped off.
I bought my evo from there. Chris was great help and got me a great deal. Would definitely recommend this place.
Time waisted . If you see sales people. With long nails run . That is usual sign of lazy and low intelligence .
I ever had bad experience, i got a good car with bad dealer, no service, no responsibility. I dont recommend everyone, dont waste your time!!
Very helpful people here
Absolutely Horrible dealership. Ive been contacting one of their sales people, Dante, about a car thats been sitting on their lot for 2 YEARS. If youre wondering why its been there for so long, its because these jokers have the WORST customer service Ive ever encountered with a dealership (and Ive bought many cars and dealt with a lot of bad sales people).
They never pick up the phone and there sales team is trash
Professional
I still needed to go because I want to sell them my truck is a 4-door v8 48000 miles red clean title very in very good condition
