They got me just the part I needed at a very reasonable price.After the road ranger OD (installed by then previous owner of my truck) blew up the second time in 14 months (because a 1 ton truck with a Cummins is to much torque for one of those units) I decided to remove it. Unfortunately I didn’t have the parts the PO removed. In order to restore the factory Driveline I needed a tail housing for my nv271 in my 2003 1ton Dodge dually . Not an easy part to find. TCE where able to provide just the right part. I confirmed the order on a Thursday and had the part the next Tuesday. Easy, clean and with a fresh bearing. Thanks

Do not buy from this company. They have horrible customer service. They will not honor their warranty and they will lie to get out of it. We received a defective transfer case and it started having problems less than a month after installation. We followed the warranty protocol exactly, but they still refuse to honor the warranty. We have lost $1545 and our core to them and have nothing to show for it. Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else.

Transfercase has sold 40 thousand remans in 22 years.A customer sent 2 reviews saying Transfer Case Express does not stand behind its product.This customer admitted they ordered the wrong transfer case,installed it and had a noise.We told him to stop driving the truck and send it in.Customer kept driving it till it was completely burnt up and truck would not move.Total destroyed the unit.Transfer case offered to replace the unit for the shipping of 75.00 dollars.After 22 years we have learned you can not please everyone.This was not a warranty issue but Transfer case still offered a replacement unit.Transfer Case Express values it’s customers and thanks them for 22 years of support
