It was the best! The employees were friendly, professional and very concerned about taking care of our needs. Edwin Mora took care of us and was the best there can be. He was very friendly. Great personality and knew just what to show us. I thought if I had my own business I would steal him away!!

They dont take care of the stuff you ask them, three times I have asked them why is my bill so much? I pay 95 a month when its to be 63. I told them and of yet they still have me paying 95. Im about to end there service.
I was unsure about this place until my last visit. The difference was who helped me at the counter. If the employee is well educated and versed with the products and services they offer then you may have the best experience and outcome compared to earlier visits when I was helped by a person who didn’t know anything or care . My suggestion is if your not happy with what the employee has told you concerning bills or products then ask to speak with someone else. Chances are that person just doesn’t know so they say no when in fact you may have other options available to you that you’d be happy with.

I really dont like there automated system I like talking to a real person it took me a long time before I could get to a real person they need to better upgrade their system other than that I love Xfinity it makes my TV come in brighter Ive had no hassles with it at all I made an appointment and theyre supposed to come out and put a new cable to my room because as of now my router has to sit in the Attic in somebody elses room yours truly William j Johnson
Except two front desk employees just ask you a simple question and set your name on the waiting list, just one counter/employee works for all jobs, preparing for 1 to 2hrs for waiting, Includes simple services such as return(need receipt) and pick-up, usually only takes a few minutes.

I was directed to swap routers physically at an xfinity store. I returned my old router, but the new router package did not include a coax cable. With the alternative of not having internet on a workday, I had to come to the store twice. Burning 4 hours on a Monday. Would not recommend.
I visited this store shortly before Christmas 2020 and was having a horrible issue that no one on the phone OR at the emeryville store could figure out. The most wonderful woman helped me (I believe her name was Tatiana) - she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, even following up later. Thank you so much!

I want to commend EVERY employee of the store for their professionalism and patience while dealing with a loud, disrespectcul and irrate customer from the moment they open the store at 10am. What they had to deal with was uncalled for but i admired how they all handled them self. Thank u to the supervisor for de-escalating the situation while keeping everyone safe. Give these employees a RAISE asap!

Surpsingly painless. I showed up to return items and cancel my plan and was met with very friendly and professional staff.
I wanted to talk to someone in your store. That was not possible with your system. I could find no way to solve the problems with the restricted options offered by the system.
The staff seemed to be much more interested in playing on their phones than helping any one . Never felt less welcome.
The line went pretty fast and I received my boxes quickly, I called them first so that everything was ready.
Needed to drop off equipment never opened and it felt like I was visiting the government.
The wait outside was long but the customer service was great. Once inside things went smooth and fast.
I contacted Xfinity several weeks ago to set-up both cable and internet in my house and Ive been happy since being able to watch my favorite shows and movies and sports. Great staff at this location the woman I worked with inside the store gave me additional cable cords and other accessories to properly set-up everything because of how my house is built the cable outlet runs from my kitchen so I would have spent time and additional funds on several Items needed to complete my set-up process an after explaining it to the sales representative she immediately went and got the parts I needed including the longest cable cord and three piece splint I needed.
They are too slow, they only have very few people receiving customers, they engage in stupid conversations with customers while everyone else is waiting.. well. Then the complain their jobs are replaced by online or phone service.
The wait is absurd. Understaffed. Once I met with an agent the customer service was good. Mixed feelings about the visit.

Not happy with prices out of control. Went from $172 to $196 to $204!! Cancelled all services with them. Been a customer for 45 years. Wheres my senior discount! They dont have any.
Pleasant greating and their employee personally greeted me as well as directed me to the appropriate station.
There was a problem, I had called the day before. The representative didnt put in my change of my cable package correctly and was causing technical problems, at the store theres no where to sit, I have difficulty standing for long periods of time, was getting very light-headed and dizzy, had to go sit out in our car. Other than that the customer service representative was very nice and respectful.

Waited 10 minutes to get in to see a C/S rep. Thats with an appointment! I didnt mind that, considering the line was at the end of the building. Unfortunately the system went down so they couldnt scan any of the equipment. Edwin the C/S rep tried to scan at least 15 different was boxes. He was very apologetic and he offered to call me when the system came back up and said he would deliver my new box to my car. Hopefully the system will be up & running soon.

Fast/professional service and they really have it together when it comes to social distancing.
Waited in line for social distancing help replacing a bad modem. Once i got into the store it was a very quick social distance exchange of equipment and i was on my way. Very efficient because i had contacted the customer service line previously, therefore the xfinity store was aware of my problem and was taken care of quickly.
Made appointment and still waited 20 minutes. Out in 45. On plus side, strict adherence to public health guidelines

I actually enjoy going to Xfinity Store. I can relate to the lady on the Xfinity commercial where she is sitting on the comfy bench, in her pajamas, in front of the large screen TV. The environment is inviting and pleasant. Stephanie, in my second photo, was very helpful and patient. She was also knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated the amount of time she spend answering my questions. Im sure not everyone has the same experience as me, especially if they are only visiting the store to pay a bill.

I visited this store this morning 11A.M. to return old boxes and pay my bill. The associate acted like he didnt understand and was confused. He tried to give me another box and I reminded again that I was just turning them in. When I returned home to watch cable it didnt work. No HD channels, no ON DEMAND, No premium channels. He turned off the boxes I had and turned on the boxes I turned in. It is now 8:50P.M. and Im just now getting service restored. All because of the sure associates mistake. NOT COOL
Great store. It was a wonderful experience. I git my newest phone from them and Im super happy with their customer service in the mobile store. That was my first visit I will definitely go again.

Location is great, I wasnt greeted upon entering stood in line for maybe 10 minutes even tho there was only 1 other person in front of me and there were at least 3 other associates who probably could have helped me, I came by to drop off equipment due to receiving my last outrageous bill I decided to cut the cord the associate helping me wasnt very knowledgeable and I seem to fluster him as Im very tech savvy and knew more than him about certain topics and products .... Overall I turned in my equipment got credit for it but was told I couldnt leave with anything tangleble to show my credit on paper???? Weird I know!! No print out, receipt nothing ... these guys at the front have to do better and at least learn some of the products your pushing.

Theyve always been quick and helpful. Of course Id imagine thats a two way street. I just went in with a letter for a bill Id paid and by the time I left the building they had told me, they owed me money and were sending me a check! Doesnt get better than that.
Drop off place for cable boxes and equipment. Fast in and out service. Difficult to find due to its location in a strip mall. Time to get rid of cable!

The place is slow and a bit dirty. Giving up after half an hour. Still people in front of me that have been here over an hour. Not many people working. 9 counters but only 4 people helping customers. And the guy checking you in can’t even give a rough estimate of how long it will take.
Unfortunately long wait not enough help ...even almost 10 people waiting at the express pay machine once they called my name clerk was very helpful...
The kiosk does not give change & the employees say they dont have any money to change large bills.VERY INCONVENIENT!

I feel like they have improved in the past year, but the only real test is when the store is busy. The time you choose to be there is very relevant to the quality and speed in which you are served. A little research goes a long way.

It’s a great store and location, just don’t have very much customer service experience it seems like... they have employees just standing around doing nothing but going in huddles with one another and talking about personal issues and you are literally standing there watching them and waiting for them to ask you if you need any help.. ten minutes later the break apart then ask... so sad 😞

Went to turn in hardware for my account and was not notified that he was cancelling the whole account even though I had called in advanced to schedule a cancellation on a specific date. Had they communicated that, I would have stopped everything and came back another day. Plus the wait time was about an hour.

The Oakland store in fruitvale area is amazing. Please be patient but lines move quick and there is a kosik 4 payment. I moved to Hayward/Union city nothing but problems from staff to cable connections: wrong address on bill last 1.7 years. Ugh!
Reading reviews of long wait times, i went just before 4pm on a Friday and wait time was 15-20 mins only. Staff were very courteous and kept me informed of wait times. All good for simple replacement of equipment.

Horrible!!! I would call and they would hang up the phone. I was calling for technical support that they never finished installing. They are the worst!!! Rude people, who don’t care about customer satisfaction. Will switch to dish, or direct tv. Management needs to step up to the job!!! I hope regional managers audit the management in this location, staff is the worst!!! Had me on the phone for 35min and hanged up. Called back and the same thing happened.
I had the worst experience with canceling my bill with even after my contract was over.. I repeated requested to know if my bill fully paid for and was told yes on February 4 and again March 13 and then dented to a collection agency.. y’all need to retrain the staff.. this was unnecessary.. one of many reason why I cancel..

The worse company I ever had to deal with!!!I called them to get service a few months ago. Over the phone, the saleswoman wanted to run my credit, however I asked her not to do so since Im in the process of refinancing my house and I dont want any inquiries on my credit report. She said that without credit check, I will have to pay $100 refundable deposit which I agreed to pay.Long story short, the technician never showed up, so I decided to cancel and go with AT&T. Here the story gets interesting, I only got $93 of my deposit. For some reason Comcast decided to keep $7. Perhaps, its only $7 but if Comcast does it to many other customers, its a lot of money that Comcast is stealing from the public. Not enough, I also noticed through the process of refinancing my house that there is an inquiry on my credit, made by Comcast. Luckily it didnt efect my credit score much.Comcast shouldnt have check my credit since I never gave them the authorisation to run a credit check.I decided to go with AT&T, finally there is another alternative.AT&T Is a great provider.
