This place is one of my favorite places to buy fresh Chinese veggies. They pack up the veggies and price them for you so shopping is efficient. They also price them accordingly so I always pay the extra dollar to get the “premium” stock 😉For meats, they have freshly cut beef for hot pot (basically fondue with boiling water) and even more exotic cuts like beef tongue if you’re feeling adventurous (spoiler: it tastes like beef). Due to their hot pot selection, it can get a bit crazy crowded during Chinese Holidays, mainly Chinese New Years (in 2021 that’s February 12) so plan accordingly.
My mom recommended this place to me for buying pork ever since I complained not fresh meat from another market in San Leandro. Since coming here, Ill only buy pork from them! Fresh meat made my dish so yum!
To much stuff for a little space they just keep packing in more stuff theres no room had to move out of the way to much for other people and how do we do 6 feet
Got sliced beef for sukiyaki, was very delicious though a bit difficult to separate from each other due to the thinness
Ok place for some fresh meats! Carries some vegetables!
The owner is not honest !!!First time I went there to buy one pack of sliced snow beaf, its really good. Then I went there for the second time to buy 10 packs, since I am quite far from there and cannot visit it frequently. The owner quickly packaged 10 packs to me, I paid and left, without checking the meat. Only when I arrived home after 1 hour, opened the package, realized its not snow beaf at all. The quality is much worse than what I got 1st time.Advice, if you buy multiple packs there, make sure you check each pack.
Best place to buy meat for hot pot! so fresh and reasonable price!
