Ive never been to this store but the way they handled my order was so unprofessional. Im extremely disappointed in this service as much as I wanted to support a black owned business. I really like their clothing but they lost a would be loyal customer because they list a number to place an order but never answer, it took almost a month for me to find out that my purchased order was sold out and Its been almost another month until I recieve my refund for a mistake on their part.

This business took USD300 from me in August 2018 to provide custom retro NBA shorts. I was quoted 3 weeks to deliver. When I followed up after over a month I was told that they dont provide updates or any type of micro managing. It is now April 2019 (some 8 months later) and I have not been provided anything and all contact is ignored. I have reported it to BBB and all their efforts to contact them were ignored too. So, building their brand off stealing the hard-earned money of others... Shame on you....

Never made it into the store. Waited 20 minutes past the time posted for return. If I see a clock on the door from now on, Im leaving...IF I decide to return.
