Good experience.Friendly and upbeat team.Kudos to the baristas.They actually prepared the drink to my exact customized preferences.Nice presentation.Will admit, the atmosphere was reminiscent to a club.I say this because the music was blaring.Aside from that, glad I went.Ordered the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino.If you haven’t had it, it’s like a blend of mocha, Java chip, and Oreo.A sweet trifecta.

The baristas seemed to be distracted, but they were polite. I ordered a grab and go item for take out. The bathroom was open for customers. Yay!This is a uniquely designed Starbucks because this is the first Starbucks that I’ve ever seen that has plants and more space for them.

Surprisingly busy for the pandemic, but this Starbucks had tons of space to socially distance inside and a clearly marked entrance and separate exit to avoid two-way traffic. The vanilla oat milk lattes we had were delicious.

I have always liked the spaciousness of this location and it is always fairly low-key at least when I go. The plentiful tables outside for seating is a draw to this location as well. I was glad this location was spared during the recent unrest. I can enjoy a beverage here while I wait for my nearby takeout food orders.

45 min to get my order of tea, oatmeal, with only one person ahead if me in line, 7 people waiting behind. Apparently pre-orders take precedence? Staff was very friendly, but maybe they were a little short staffed.

Order was wrong, staff was slow, drink was remade several times. In the end didnt get the right drink even though it was a very straightforward drink.

They have their own sign taped to the window that says people entering these facilities are required to wear face masks. I asked the person who made and brought my drinks out about and she said she just took it down to talk. I watched her with my own eyes make our drinks with the mask around her chin. Two other staff members inside, one wearing the mask appropriately and one person with it just over the mouth, not the nose. These just seem like the kind of things that keep this problem going.

Come here on break from work and it’s always clean. Baristas friendly. They have cold brew and pour over at this location.

Nice little Starbucks in Oakland a few blocks from the Amtrak Station. Staff not very friendly...just going through the motions. The customers have more flavor than the staff. Customer service anyone? Maybe they should drink some of the coffee!!

Had coffee here and I have to say, it was the best customer service I have had in ages. The Barista was so kind and helpful and just went above and beyond. I really was pleasantly surprised.

I love Starbucks Coffee. Every time Im in Oakland I have to go here. The service is amazing and the coffee is fantastic. Its a great place to come with a group.

They lock the door near the pickup area so now to have to walk all the way around the building to use the other door. Maybe I should thank them for making it easier to quit going there.

This store is fairly new it is becoming really dirty. Starbucks new idea to let anyone use the restrooms and seating has caused this location to turn into a undesirable choice. None of the outdoor chairs are clean.

Rude staff. Barely willing to do their job. Wouldnt make me a pour-over because too lazy.

Kind of a low key Starbucks or maybe I was there at the right time. Nevertheless, the coffe was great and it was a very comfortable atmosphere and they also had at least 3 unisex restrooms which is always better than just 1.

Modern Starbucks in the heart of Jack London Square. Cool industrial feel. Lots of seating. Parking can be challenging.

Starbucks conveniently located near the Jack London Square area, in the vicinity of shops, good food and a beautiful waterfront view. The location is clean, the staff are super friendly and the drinks are made with care.

Inconvenient location - away from most of the people who live here and impossible to park for those that arent. Then be sure to take a seat after ordering because they are so slow even with no line and are often out of things you just ordered. If you want to camp out and work all day the music is too loud and the seating is mostly unsuitable for laptop work unless you truly like it in your lap.

Star-blechs. Id give them 0 stars if I could but giving 1 because I do like their bottled cold frappe thing.

Be advised they covered all of their outlets. So if you need to send a quick email while traveling but your laptop is low, youre out of luck.

They went as far as contacting the city of Oakland who sent us a letter stating we will have to pay a fast food tax based on our sales. I knew I hated Starbucks for a reason. Please Share”

When I needed to charge my laptop there was no plugs. They say its to keep theft down but all it did was have me leave in the middle of what I was doing to charge my laptop and spend my money else where.

This is a busy location showing how much it is needed for the neighborhood. There is an A team and a C team on different days but if Rachel or Ray are around, everything flows nicely.

The barista was nice they drinks were standard but the bathroom was nasty pee covered the floor a seat toilet paper was strew about and not seat covers were available. I tried useing the code for another stall but it didnt work. I asked the barista only claiming 2 stall could be used the other person in the other stall had been in there for 10 minutes and wasnt coming out. So I used the discussing stall where I had to change! Ughhh

The customer service at this starbucks is HORRIBLE! They only make your drink right away from you are a cop or caucasian.
