Im aware that shop owners like to keep watch of people who may shoplift but this man in the picture below literally tried to not seem like he was following my cousin and myself. So sad that with a whole pandemic going on individuals are paranoid about the wrong things, and he wasnt monitoring the number of people coming into the store either... Not going to spend here again.

Went for a Slurpee but the Coke was not working for the second night in a row! The cashier-an older guy with black hair-was totally out of line! He was yelling at me because I couldnt understand HIM! If you spoke English I would never have had to go through such an ordeal! No people skills to say the least. It also seems that their candy and donuts and such are stale. Overall a bad experience and bad store! Will have to think twice about going there again.

Im very disappointed with the way we were treated while trying to make purchases of coffee and a few snacks..after bring it to RUDELY AND RUSHED AND and was refused the option to purchase a cup of ice we ended leaving with nothing.We want it known that this should be addresses at corporate level..it will be done I will see that is...
If you have a business and want to train your employees as to how NOT to treat customers, send them here. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life! The clerks at night can barely speak English, they are on their phones speaking their native tongues as they help you, do not honor 711 pricing, only serve hot foods if they feel like it and just generally dont care about their customers nor it seems their jobs! Its laughable that this place has anywhere near 3 stars and I suspect fake reviews done by the employees friends are the reason for it.Atrocious!
Worst customer service. I went through checkout while the young clerk was on his phone playing games the whole time and he never said a word to me. Staff not wearing masks properly and had them around their chins the whole time we shopped.
Vincent is the best very hospitable and engaging. Feels like your going to your family store give him a raise. Most 7elens are not this friendly.

Theyre cool, but there are a lot of things that have not been in Stock for months, or theres certain items they never have and thats kinda frustrating because theyre not putting any effort into looking for things.
The clerks are always courteous to me, so I have no problems.
A lady gave me unfamiliar food. I am very dissatisfied.
ATM doesnt work, they dont give cash back and there are no restrooms...
Big gulp soda machine mix is off and they wont believe you not will they give a refund
