Never had I experienced such a poor customer service. My Mom who is over 75 yrs came in to change her Ipad battery and was told to come back in 2 hrs and when she came back she was told to comeback tomorrow and waited another 2 hours and then asked to comeback in a week. Nevertheless, we had asked for her Ipad & I noticed Ben Houng name on the Ipad cloud, all her apps and pictures was completely deleted and he gave it back unfixed. When I reset to original reset, there was a Remote Management for a Equity Residential place that cant be erased by me nor Apple. Apple do not recognized and couldnt fix it either. This lead me to believe this not what we brought in and he did a switch on her Ipad. All I can say is to scam a old lady is beyond low. I will report this to the BBB. I had provided the picture below.
