The staff is nice . The products are good its just I think due the pandemic, they have a hard time keeping up with certain products like valerian root. They only order like 1 or 2 bottles, and get bought quickly so ordering more product would be helpful.

Great place, great costumer service and fast

On 09/13/20 at 15:52 I purchased a product recommended by a GNC associate. On 09/17/20 I went to return the product because I was not satisfied with the results. Per GNCs website, Returns and Exchanges are applicable within 30 days of purchase. Upon trying to return the product, I was told that the store was no longer returning products. Later the same day I called another local GNC store and was informed that GNC is in fact processing returns. On 09/18/20, I went back to the GNC location of which the complaint pertains and was told that they were not processing returns, and that the boss would not allow it. This store is not abiding by GNCs guidelines and has business practices that are inconsistent with the company and brand advertised. **This was reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as GNC corporate**

I do not know why they pretend to be openOver the last few weeks no one answers the phone and the door is locked.

The youngman that helped opened the door for the old lady that was there both times.I found that kind.Also he was very helpful with and gave me a sample of a product so I didnt have to spend forty something bucks to see how it works👏🏿👏🏿 So thats now my new GNC store.

Ive been to 2 different GNC stores recently, and Ill tell you Ill be going to this one every time now. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by excellent customer service. I told Dan what I was looking for, the gold standard 100% whey, and he suggested the GNC brand which is more affordable, same formula, and even 2 more grams of carbs! Dan then asked what my goals were and my supplement routine, and suggested some great options for amino acids. We proceeded to have a nice conversation and I learned that this GNC is one of the few family owned stores in the area. By far the best customer service Ive encountered in awhile!
