Very Friendly and helpful place. Dr Stone is super knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. Deborah is always very welcoming and I truly enjoy every interaction. They were able to make a same day appointment for my grandmother who was hesitant to go. They were very patient and always make time for her even when she procrastinates going. I completely disagree with the other recent post about Deborah his assistant. She is very capable and does an amazing job! I can also attest as an African American lesbian woman that they always treat me and my family with respect. They even made me lemon tea once when I was sick. They are two people with very big hearts! I will always recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Richard is fantastic! He worked with me for weeks to get exactly the right hearing aid and was always available for questions and adjustments. He made sure it was absolutely right before he took any money at all. After several months I stopped back in unannounced when one aid got clogged and he dropped what he was doing and quickly fixed it at no charge. I would give him an unqualified 5 star rating

I would like to highly recommend Continental Hearing. Richard Stone was truly interested in helping me try to fix some very old hearing aids so they would work for me while We are trying to figure out about my Insurance for new hearing aids. He is incredibly knowledgeable and just very kind!

Ive been coming here for almost 20 years and I love the people who work there. Theyre like family and I know that Im in good hands there. Also, I love how accessible it is to public transportation.

Richard Stone was very good with evaluating and replacing my mothers old hearing aids.She was in the early stage of dementia. He was incredible in engaging her when programming them. There is a fine balance between a quiet apartment, an assisted living dining room or the traffic noise...When mom lost one of her hearing aids, Richard helped us order a replacement.When Im ready for hearing aids, I will use Continental Hearing even though I have Kaiser.

Great place. Very trustworthy. Dr Stone and Deborah are amazing. I think the comment about them being racist is ridiculous. I am an African American woman and have always been treated with respect and love.

In 2013 i went to this company to have my mother fitted for a hearing aid things were fine we purchase a unit have to go back a few times for adjustment do to the product malfunction fast forward May 2018 it stop working again while in the office stones office personal gave a price of $350.00 to have it sent out an repair also it would only have a six month warranty i said no we would look around for another option stone made a phone call then the price changes to $250.00 with a one warranty i said on June 19th my wife receive a phone call from stones office personal that the hearing aid had came back three weeks ago and now the price has changed to $350.00 this is switch and bait at its best because you do need it the problem lies within communications i have been onec i told by staff oh i call back today to set up and appointment 3 days later i received a call office person forgot to call now today you tell me oh i have been trying to call you for 3 weeks i leave work to go and find whats the real problem when i am spending thousands of dollars theirs no problem at make to the office stones office person is coming out the door i stated who i was also i would be writing a review of what has taken place went back to my car this followed me screaming at the top of her lungs that i dont understand and trying to open my door we just pull away now is this happing because i am black
