I switched to them after some pretty big issues with another company. I love this company! They are friendly, efficient, quick and fair, in my experience so far. They kindly answer all my billing questions if/when I have them and all of the above is just what I look for in a company I have ill need to deal with regularly. I am very happy I made this switch!

As a longtime resident of the community I called trying to schedule an appointment for a basic oil furnace cleaning. The first associate was very helpful but explained I would need to set up an account before they could schedule the cleaning, ok no problem. After being transferred to the appropriate department I was asked where I purchase my oil from, I sand CN Brown but that Im open to switching. I was then abruptly told they are not accepting new residential accounts and they therefore could not service my furnace. What!?!?!? This is very frustrating, Ive never had a business tell me they wont work with a new potential customer. My next call was to Houles who did a great job servicing it last year, they were wonderful and fit me right in. At least I know now that there is no reason to switch heating oil providers to Fabian now or in the future.

Had Fabian come out to install a propane tank and check my lines and propane furnace to make sure everything was running properly. Cant say enough how Josh and Jason communicated with me on every aspect making it very clear to understand everything they were doing and then some. They went above and beyond there duties to answer every question I had, even ones that had nothing to do with propane👍.Thank you Fabian for having such good people to help.

We use Fabian Oil for 2 oil and 3 propane units. Delivery has always been on time with courteous drivers. And I would like to give a shout out to the dispatchers who are top notch with accurate delivery details and customer service.

I stopped just for gas and was told I “might want to check my back tire” — it was almost entirely flat with the rim popped out. AAA was an hour away and Fabian changed my spare for free! If I had stopped at a self-service station, the tire would have gone unnoticed and I would have been in a much worse situation on my 200-mile drive home. I can’t thank them enough for the help!

They are amazing! I had a stressful situation I ran out oil very early this morning and I tried to add oil myself and start it. I went into the office at 9 this morning by 9:12 they had me all setup to get oil delivered asap. They were so nice and helpful. They were here between 9:20 9:25. Then they left at 9:45. Completely fixed the issue of my furnace not starting or being able to be bled and put the 100 gals of oil. Im very grateful for them being so quick and awesome. My place was freezing cold. My son is sick. I tried everything to do it myself.

Growing up in Oakland it was an easy decision for me to use Fabian. They have always supported the youth sports programs and the local school districts. As a customer my fuel is delivered fast and reliable. The customer service is top notch, the drivers are always pleasant, trucks are clean and professional. I appreciate a company that puts back into their business to always have clean reliable equipment.I always have a great experience at the gas station, the attendants are always friendly, fast, and efficient no matter the weather conditions, its a full service station without the extra full service cost! Ran out of oil, was on automatic with another carrier, one quick call and they had us all set up within an hour! Fabulous service from a great local company. Cant say enough about how prompt, and knowing we have more extreme cold temps on the way.

My husband realized on Saturday morning (a couple of weeks ago) that we were hovering at empty in our tank. I called Fabian’s and was surprised that someone answered. I explained our situation and was told that someone would deliver that day and within 2 hours they were backing up my driveway. They were awesome and we were so grateful!

Fabian Oil has been providing my family’s Propane and Heating Oil since 2003. Their drivers, technicians, and office personnel are always professional and courteous. Excellent customer service...just what I expect from a local family owned business.

Great service- from the office to the drivers! Living on a camp road can be a nightmare with fuel deliveries, but Fabian has made it easy for me. Couldnt ask for a more reliable and accommodating. And I cant forget the full service station- same competitive price as everyone else around, but offers full service fill up!

Told them we needed oil on Saturday they said that it would cost us 100 bucks extra so we said that we can not afford that and asked them if they will deliver Monday they said “first thing in the morning” it’s in the afternoon and I’m out of oil. Thanks Fabian for Being reliable...

Here I stand in a frozen house 2 days after it ran out of oil. .why you ask?...I dont know. ..I called for a delivery and asked for oil ASAP. ..they stated they didnt have the manpower to get there any sooner than the week of the 15th...ok fine...I assume its being delivered that week. ..I get a receipt via email for the previous delivery and think..well with these cold snaps I better make sure I have enough and email them to deliver another 100..Im not feeling worried now about my vacant house freezing (again!)....so I come to the house on Saturday. ..its out of oil and frozen...I call the office. The woman checked and said I didnt get a delivery as requested. ..she apologize s very nicely and sends the truck out immediately. .no extra charge. .their fault. ..says a tech will follow to prime and start..I tell her that if it takes too long and I have to leave... Ill leave the thermostat turned up and the door open. .she says perfect. .I waited 2 1/2 hours..finally left...no phone calls. .I assume its fine. 2 days later I return. ..the tech left a note saying no one was home so call if I need someone. ..house.. still frozen. .I call the office out of my mind. .the girl on the phone says well thats not my fault and hold while I send you to scheduling. .scheduling says..well thats not our fault. ..we can have a tech come by in 4 hours. ..I ask for a manager. ..she says...Ill send him an email. ..i dont know what happened. ..this was a wonderful company 5 years ago. ..Now. ..It sucks

My furnace needed immediate attention and a technician came right away. Very friendly and prompt. I highly recommend Fabian Oil.

I too have ran out of propane even being on a auto fill program. I had to call each time to say I was running low. Eventually I complained enough I am getting fill ups regularly and not running out anymore. When I did run out it was on a weekend and they were closed. I called up the after hours number. They came out that day filled my tanks and did a pressure test of the system. No extra costs besides the cost of the propane. Now things have been smooth sailing and no further problems. Friendly staff, prompt emails and bills.

I recently purchased an item in the store that was not what I asked for, as I exited the store and realized it was not what I received I promptly returned to simply get what I asked for and they would not comply. They absolutely refused to refund my money or even swap items. I will Never purchase anything from this store again. Customer service horrible.

Supposed to meet me for a pressure check which they are charging $99 for...I was here early...they are late with no calls letting me know this. Not impressed.
