A year ago it was Meh, not sure what its like now but when i visited it was like someone serving icecream from their garage fridge. Was really excited to visit that time but came out really desapointed.

Exelent, high quality ice cream

They have so much to choose from their menu, but honestly most of the things look like a stomach ache now. But you cant go wrong with this place if you dont over do it lol. Paleteria United in Hayward, Ca was my familys go to place every weekend when I was younger❤

The customer service is very bad and more bad is that they have cats inside the establishment and those who work there do nothing to get them out that is disgusting for a food establishment

When schools were open, I would stop here with my sons on the way home. We are from Puerto Rico so we were super excited to see mamey, guanabana and guava ice cream made with real fruit. We would buy some to eat on the way home and extra for the rest of the family. Their Mangonadas are huge, packed with fresh mango, refreshing and super delicious. We usually share them! My go to snack is the Elote (in a cup). Everytime family is in town, we take them here.When schools were open, I would stop here with my children on the way home. Mangonada went by and I asked the biggest Avia .. and I got a medium glass .. Ive been to other places for what they charge is much better and these if they are large

I do not like every time they have a new person who is just learning and does not grab things as the client asks for them and the skinny that he attends is terrible
