One of the most unprofessional shops Ive ever rolled into. I wasnt even out of my car and the guy was cussing and yelling at me because I parked in the wrong spot to ask a quick question about his services. I was stunned at his temper and rudeness, which accelerated in a matter of 2-3 seconds.Avoid this place. There are better shops.

IF YOU NEED A MUFFLER THIS IS THE PLACE. They are honest and have great PRICES. They will offer options as to what you can do according to what you can afford. Im referring everyone that i know to this place. Unless you have a family member that will do it for free you cant get a better deal.

They educated me on what I have on my vehicle. Very fast and professional service. I plan on bringing my 67 Mustang down to get muffler work. I also live in Oakley and have no problem traveling to Oakland to have my services done!

Been with these folks for over 8 years...Very Honest! They tell you like it is, do excellent work, dont over charge, stand behind their work and are very car savvy. In saying this, I also acknowledge that they are good people and I need more people like them in my personal and business life. I recommend them very highly!

HORRIBLE!!!! customer service I called to get a quote for a catalytic converter . He asked for make model and year of car I give that to him and ask if he would like the codes. He ask me for some other number which I dont know what hes talking about so I ask him where could I find this number, he tells me the engine. I ask him again if I can just give him the codes he finally takes the codes and tells me I need to take it to a mechanic and find out whats wrong thats its too many codes. I explain to him my mechanic is the one who told me I needed a catalytic converter I just forgot which one. He then tells me that Im just not listening and want to do what I want to do any way. Which I respond no go ahead tell me because I believe have done exactly what youre telling me I should do but youre the one not listening. At which point he tells me he doesnt even want to work on my car and take my business else were he wont be offended.WOW! Can you say RUUUUUUUDE and WHO RAISED YOU???? Only in the hood this is what happens when you try to patronize within the intercity communities.
