My husband and I went yesterday. Place is amazing, such a nice atmosphere. They listen to you and take their time. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Karen and my husband with Sharon. Both are excellent!!Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

I went in for a pregnancy massage during my first pregnancy. I came from an hour away because of a friends recommendation, and it was definitely worth it all the way. Karen took extra care to make sure I was completely comfortable, and was very thoughtful in explaining each step along the way. 10/10 would recommend for all expectant mommas. This massage is a great way to relax and relieve stress. As well as a wonderful way to pamper yourself before baby arrives.

I had such a wonderful massage with Karen! She is very knowledgeable and intuitive at the same time, she used multiple massage techniques to melt away tight spots in my tissue. Her hands are very gifted and I really loved how specific her strokes were and how she was able to release some chronic tension in my back, shoulders and arm. The Center is very warm and Inviting, but its the people there that really make it something special. SHARON NOELLER, is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. Im so glad I found Hands of Grace! I love their yoga classes and have received massages from most of the therapists that work there and all of them have been outstanding, very knowledgeable, professional and caring.Maureen is such a great yoga teacher and provides a wealth of knowledge. She is very detail oriented when helping with alignment and adjusting poses to provide the best benefit to each of her students. She has helped me tremendously with her therapeutic approach, her yoga technique and personalized suggestions. She is also one of the best massage therapists I have had the honor to receive a massage from and her >30 years of experience and knowledge of the human body combined with her kind and positive personality provides a truly therapeutic experience.The studio and wellness center eludes a peaceful and professional atmosphere and I appreciate that the rooms are spotless clean and that they are taking the COVID-situation seriously. I had the most beautiful experience for my pregnancy massage with Karen Evans at Hands of Grace. This is a beautiful spa and I immediately felt a sense of relaxation upon arrival. The spa smelled of essential oils and the therapists Dawn and Karen greeted me with welcoming smiles. Karen offered me water and showed me to the restroom before taking me to the massage room. Karen has such a pleasant and calm demeanor I felt very relaxed and was looking forward to having my massage with her :) Once she took me back to the room, Karen taught me a few tips about my posture that would help me to create space in my body and increase my comfort as I further into my pregnancy. Karen was very knowledgeable and interested in pregnancy and I truly enjoyed talking with her about the changes happening in my body. This increased my ability to relax and enjoy my massage as well. She was very accommodating by putting pillows here and there during my experience! I look forward to receiving more massages with Karen in the future :)

Went for a prenatal massage. Karen was wonderful! She took time to explain the process before hand, did not start timing until she actually began working on me, and spent the entire hour and half on the actual massage. She was so accommodating and had an amazing attitude! Would highly recommend!

I was trying to find a place open during the July 4th holiday weekend to get my son and I a 30 minute massage. After speaking with a few unfriendly places that just would not do a 30 min massage, I saw the Hands of Grace listing and called. Maureen was so friendly but did not have anyone available to do our massages but said she would try to find someone and would let me know. She found someone willing to come in for us (on Friday, July 6) and called me to let me know. My son had a deep therapy session with Maureen, and I had a relaxing session with Morgan Shalna, and she was amazing! My son said Maureen was fantastic and she gave him some tips on how to do some treatments on his own, and now he wants to go back for an hour massage. The facility is clean and inviting, and Maureen and Morgan made us feel like royalty. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. They are both very knowledgeable, so go and treat yourself!

Maureen did an amazing job. I called last second for a 90 minute massage and she rearranged her own personal schedule just to fit me in. Ive had 15-20 massages all around the world and she hit places I didnt even know needed it. She was also a great conversationalist and she explained so much about what was going on with my body and why. Overall an amazing experience and I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Hands of Grace. I attended two workshops taught by Maureen on standing pose alignment. The class on Saturday was the practice of 6 standing poses and I learned a lot of pose detail for my practice. The class on Sunday went through the same 6 poses but the class was for yoga teachers. I learned how to cue the important details I had learned the day before. I really like Maureen’s teaching style.
