Genuinely debated not leaving a review..I came to mopeds and more to fix my motorcycle since it was more difficult to take it out of ocala.When we dropped it off they told us it was going to be 3 weeks to a full month at most.It took 4 months..Anytime I called they just gave excuses.So eventually I got my bike back... They told us that they replaced alot of the parts on my bike with new ones, cleaned out the carburetor, and even replaced the battery. I thought that was weird since I put a brand new battery in my bike before I dropped it off with them.Well to our surprise none of the parts were replaced, the battery had been sitting for so long it was not working and corroded, AND they didnt even put the carburetor back together right.$1,200 to get the same bike back with more problems than before...I shouldnt of wasted my money.1 star is a generous review.

Great and Friendly People here... After moving to Ocala and not knowing where to go. I made a call for help to Mopeds & More over the phone about my issue and without any hesitation Traves told me to bring in My 2003 GSX R1000 with a stock gas cap and unable to open to fuel my tank is an issue they took care off in less than an hour. Big Thanks to Mopeds & More and helping with the issue. I would be back definitely.

New to area. Very picky. Looking for REASONABLE and RELIABLE mechanics. Checked a few local and not-so-local motorcycle shops for estimates for an oil change and putting new spark plugs in, etc. Wanted someone who specifically has dealt with Suzuki Bergman scooters. ALL estimates were a little high. Someone suggestedMOPEDS & MORE. Called them. More than fair estimate- went there today. Great guys, excellent work! (⭐ AND I got a tip on a decent lunch!) They have WON MY BUSINESS, hands down.

After viewing an ad for Mopeds and More I placed a call to inquire about having my husbands motorcycle transformed to a trike. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite, informative and patient with all my questions, I later found out that he was the owner. We went there and spoke to another very friendly and informative gentleman and decided to go ahead and have the bike made into a trike.Of course my husband was very concerned at how it would turn out, these men and their bikes...oh my!! Well when the bike was delivered back to us we were astonished, overwhelmed and thrilled. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor, brand new. My husband and I were in shock, the quality of workmanship, the care they put into the details my husband had concerns about, absolutely, no stone unturned. This is a top notch operation, the mechanics, the painters, the office personnel, so friendly and professional!!! This is our place for mechanic or parts or any service we may need in the future!! New to the area and while out on a motorcycle ride I ran out of gas ironically right before coming to there location. Went inside and asked a man if he would sell me a squirt of gas to get me to a gas station. He was very professional and kindly took me to a little pump station they had onsite and hand pumped gas for me, and wouldn’t take any money. I know when. I decide to buy another motorcycle Utv or atv, I will be stopping there. They offer Alot to choose from and personal extremely friendly. Thanks to the guy that hooked me up. A+.

Prices are pretty reasonable. I gave them 3 stars due to the fact every time I got my machine back there was some broken or wrong with it. Be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks before you get it back. The staff is easy to deal with but they are way over scheduled for the repair Techs they have.Then after inspecting my 4 Wheeler. The fuel shut off valve knob was missing. This the second time something was either broken or missing from it. Buyer beware they are crooks and thieves. I cant even run it to the end off my road and it dies, and wont restart. This after a carb cleaning. Intake boot, fuel pump and filter. .. so beware beware. They have no clue as to what they are doing.

I got the trike kit and I am loving it. Well worth the drive from Jacksonville to Ocala and leave bike for 3 weeks because of the excellent work they do. Happy customer.

Went there to fix a chain on my motorized bike. They put a used one on that lasted about 7 and a half minutes before it snapped and I nearly got killed on the way home on 441. But I mean, for the 7 minutes it was on, it worked okay.

Sold family and friends 4 wheeler that did not function correctly. When merchandise was taken back they said it was not their problem. Bad customer service and they do not stand behind their name. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

If they dont have it they will get it.the new owners are great.I have lived in the area for 30 years and dealt with this company many times before. but now you can tell the new owners want to help you.the old owners just wanted your money.i had a great experience doing business with them and know i dont have to worry about locating a part they helped me like a friend not just like Im a customer we need to keep these smaller moms and pops businesses going they actually TRY to help you.

Horrible new owners I went in with a starter issue which is still acting up. And came out with a flat tire. With the way the tire was losing air there would be no way i could have made it to there shop. Basically they knew about it but never mentioned it to me at all. And when i payed my repair bill i got on it and it felt funny. I decided to just head home made it 800ft came back and asked them why the tire was flat. All they said was basically its not there problem even though it happened on there property and theres no way they could have missed it. After that instead of offering to fix it for free and or air it up. They told me they could diagnosed it and basically charge me for something they did so i had to go across the street to the auto body shop and have them air it up while everybody at the moped stared very poor management. Like i said with how fast that tire was leaking air there would have been no way for me to bring the scooter to there shop.

Best place to get parts

They have all kinda cool stuff a mans fun spot . Fixing anything take it some where else charge way to much money for what needs to be done . And watch the up charge on all there stuff the price should be on the product but they tried to up charge another 1000.00 . Just be careful

Went to mopeds and more the people were very informative. I bought a 650 burgman trike . I put it in garage next day I saw fluid on the floor. Called Mopeds and more they told me to bring bike up and they fixed it, at no charge. The bike runs great. Even my wife drives it. I have to say with my experience they were polite and quick to act. I recommend them to anyone.

I went in to pickup a starter solenoid and a backup standard Chinese CDI box because I did not want to wait for the parts to arrive in the mail so I went on ahead and purchased them at mopeds and more so I could get the bike running same day. For the CDI box and starter solenoid I ordered on Amazon was less than $20 with prime shipping and I paid $80 for the same two-parts and there was no difference in quality. It is nice that there is a place to pick up these kind of parts locally but the convenience tax is way way way too much.

Have been going to this shop for years. With three different bikes Ive had. Rhonda and her team are awesome!! Ive told her I think I might need things done, like carbs cleaned. They checked it out and said no you dont, just an oil change, thats all. Always honest and up front. Ive seen things like my lights fixed that I didnt ask for and I wasnt charged for it. Thats a good shop. Looking out for the loyal customer. Good people. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Mopeds and More! I recommended you to all my friends!

They tried fixing my 4 wheeler but I had to bring it back because it wasnt fix when I got home and rode it. I brought it back to them I had warranty on it and I called a week after and they told me it was still in the yard that they had 40 customers ahead of me. They told me to leave it there they will eventually get to it. Thats some horrible service. They like taking your MONEY in a hurry but wont fix the problem in a Hurry and RHONDA at the service desk has no customer service skills at all. She hung up on me twice when I had called her about my 4 wheeler not being fixed. She did not treat me like a paying customer and didnt care about my needs at all. I will never ever ever go there again. They definitely need Rhonda out of there get someone whod attends to there customers needs not just take there money. I lost the 200 I paid and the moped never got fixed. Place sucks.

Folks I see too many have left negative reviews. This is NOT a Harley Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki bike dealer. This is a all in one dealer, shop & bike conversion shop. They basically work on any bike, trike, quad, atv & scooter. They have ALWAYS been fair with me & given me an estimate ahead of time. I believe Donna is the owner & she has a great staff. I find their prices fair & their workmanship very good. These are the types of places you give your business to “Make America Great Again”. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed. If you have an issue talk to Donna don’t yell or give them an attitude.

Sticker price on merchandise not all. Was not aware your gonna pay about four hundred more for Admin fee, shipping fee, dealer prep fee an dont forget tax.

I left a bad review under duress, I had 1 child in 2 severe car accidents in 3 days, totaling both cars, and a couple other similar type things going on behind the scenes that made for perhaps Me, going in head 1st off emotion,and other bad experiences with other bike dealerships, in hindsight I should have called the owner 1st before posting that 1st review, Because the feeling I had over the week speaking, texting, FBing is indeed the good hearted dude I was speaking with...This to me I feel was a Mutual teachable moment on both parts, This Guy took my review to heart and despite his grueling work schedule, took time out to reach out to me personally and called me at 2am in the morning. What owner does that? To Me that illustrates tremendous character and carries 10 tons of weight personally to do that at the end of his work day before laying down, I feel now hell go over or have an employee go over trade ins a little more thoroughly now and in no way after speaking with him feel this was oversight or look over in any way, shape, form, or fashion, It was just a situational circumstance where a person on a trade in took short cuts on the build of a trike kit and put the wrong sized chain on the bike that wasnt an adjustable one, the Bike itself though strong, solid, and sound... So please disregard my 1st review and my apologies go out to the owner and a big thank you for the reach out and for that phone call @ 2am to not only win me back, but also letting me know my 1st impression was correct and I do have a good connect now in the Bike Game and know this wont be your last sale to Me... Ive been looking and searching for 1 person to just be more then Joe Hustle the Bike Seller and honestly believe again now that Jerod is that guy, His Manager took and turned in my rental and also at Jerods direction brought gas out to me on the side of the road close to Gainsville leaving Fl. headed back to Atlanta, So hopefully anyone who read my 1st review sees this one, and takes this one to heart, We all get mislead and overwhelmed with emotion at one time and point or another, I will be back God Willing another day another time on another Bike somewhere down the line in the future If Jerod is still an Owner, Count On That, Money in the Bank, 110%,!!! I have been dealing with mostly the owner, Brain and Rhonda since 2010 and have had nothing but a great experience. Trust worthy, Honest, reasonable are just a few words to describe the business transactions. Some who claim he is high on parts---vs buying parts on line----Sure, buy a part on line, find out that it is defective or inferior quality and try and return it to the on line supplier. One is always better off paying a little more to Mopeds and More for they know the good parts from the inferior parts. Standing behind their product is more important to me. I highly recommend them taking care of my grand kids 4-wheels as well as my wifes three wheeler.

Personally the tech there is very informative and very helpful although her attitude overall disposition the way she treats the customers and her lack of overall willingness 2 provide any kind of good customer service experience will permanently prevent me from ever returning to this location its unfortunate because they do have a plethora of supplies that would work for my application as I am a fabricator and I build custom designed recreational vehicles and its very unfortunate that she provided me with this less than satisfactory experience as she prevented herself from making thousands of dollars off of me in future. When you read this review you know exactly who I am to try and charge me $40 for it a brake cable and handle Im not sure if you know this but you can go to any store and purchase such an item for roughly $8 - $12 brand new. So for you to value a used product and be willing to gouge a customer to the extent of never returning because you failed to have a willingness to bargain you outsted this company out of a lot of money.

They have what you are looking for but expect to PAY! WAY OVERPRICED PARTS! I WENT IN FOR A MASTER CYLINDER FOR A GO-KART AND THEY WERE ASKING $45 PLUS TAX. AMAZON SELLS BETTER PARTS FOR LEES THAN HALF THE VIST. FOR INSTANCE, I COULD HAVE BOUGHT (AND DID) THE MASTER CYLINDER, BRAKE LINE AND CALIPER FOR $32... WITH FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. They were polite and ready to help, but no way at that price. DROP YOUR PROFIT MARGINS AND YOUR STORE WILL GET MY BUISNESS!!!

I went here for a inner tube for a 49cc dirt bike and they gave me the wrong size ( WAY too big ), had to go back and return with no exchange available. the people who run this place do not know what they are talking about . a waste of gas and time !

Purchased my son a $3200 Go-cart for Christmas, he only road it once before the chain broke, it needed to be returned to be fixed. After receiving it back, he road it once and it didn’t crank, took it back there, only to receive it back with the exhaust smoking and unscrewed, they have very poor costumer service. Will never buy anything from them again.

Have a section of items, but very poor customer service in the store unless you have a tech help you. Also very over priced. Bought 2 feet of 440 chain, $45. Go to tractor supply and get 12 feet of 440 chain for $15, Hugh price gouge. Give them props though.

Im going with 5 stars. I initially went by to see if they repair go karts as my nephew hit a curb and bent front suspension and quit riding the kart. From sitting the carb needed cleaning, this I knew going in. I was introduced to Adam(one of their techs) he was very knowledgeable and helpful as were all of the staff I encountered. Told him no rush and asked him not to break the bank. I was surprised when he called and said it was ready for pickup in less than a week! He did everything necessary to make the kart safe and repaired/replaced only what was necessary to keep in budget. Kart runs great(and fast thx to new, perhaps bigger carb) now were giving it the Barbie treatment for my niece to enjoy. As for racist(above), poor customer service(above), I do not agree! They were great, and an African American couple ahead of me to check out were purchasing their grandson his 3rd 4-wheeler as hes moved up in size. Um...if racists...I doubt the couple would have been so happy with all of their purchases or service. Thanks so much to Adam and everyone at Mopeds & More, I will definitely have you do more work for me.

Would not recommend. Had 2 suzuki Burgman 400s triked. Our tires were somewhat worn and when they built the trike the steel panel (below liscense plate) was built about 1/2 away from the tire. When we had New tires put on the trike plate was rubbing against the New tire tread. Had to have the steel ground away. They also removed our center stands, which is understandable to install the trike, and never gave them to us in case we wanted to drop the trike and ride on two wheels. When I called about them we were told the center stands were cut off whereas they could have unbolted them.

Wow! The owner needs to attend customer service workshops. Their prices on parts for Scooters are marked up a minimum of 300%. The same scoters you can get for $900 to $1200 she’s twice the parts. I have my aroung long enough to notice she buys old motorcycles from Craigslist & OfferUp & she’s even rude to the sellers too. Folks take your business elsewhere!!!!

These people do really really bad business i wouldnt suggest are refer anybody to them . they are very rude people and very unprofessional they over charge people and i think there very racist.i called them up to get a price check on a part that i already had looked up that was 20.00 bucks the lady lied and said that the part is 70.00 bucks when i told her i looked that part up and it was 20.00 dollars she hung up the phone and didnt even call back. Thats just very unprofessional business dont take nothing to them they will straight rip you off

Ive had service done oil, tire etc. Rhonda & John will go out ther way to help you I had a 250 Linhai scooter it was trouble from day one my 1st. & lady Chinese scooter. You learn & grow I ride a Burgman 650 Executive great scooter they service my bike, order parts when needed & install them a affordable price its a small one on one business you get what you pay for its that simple dont buy on price do you research on the vehicle your buying. Get to know the people who work here they can teach you something if your willing to listen.

New owners prices are almost doubled

Called to get a belt for my go kart. Asked for part number so I can send my husband up there to pick it up so she didnt have to look it up again. While on hold I could over hear the lady helping me complain about customer she previously had then proceeded to tell me she cant give me the part number because I might go somewhere else to get the belt which I had no intentions on doing. High prices or low proces but scrappy customer service will cost you buisness regardless.

Took my 4wheeler because it was knocking and leaking oil.they said it needed top end rebuilt.700$ later they called and told me to pick it up or it would be stolen.still knocking and leaking oil.took it back now they say it need rebuilt again at my expense.5 months of hell with these people.quoted me 300 charges 700 and now more money.worst job ever.told me to ride it while it is poring oil..just keep an eye on the oil levelthey said.thank god I have a lawyer on retainer.DO NOT USE MOPEDS AND MORE...
