Our salesperson was very helpful and accommodating. We had done the research in advance and were looking for a Purple mattress, so we were able to complete the transaction very quickly. The model we wanted was in the store so we were able to confirm our choice was right. The salesperson was able to arrange set up and delivery within two days. This was an unexpected surprise since we live over 40 minutes away from the store. Our purchase experience was pleasant, convenient, and satisfying.

This was by far the best, easiest, and most comfortable experience buying a mattress ever! Our salesman Jeff made the whole process of picking and purchasing a mattress a great experience. Jeff took the time to find the perfect mattress for us and answered any questions we had and informed us of things we didnt even think to ask. I would absolutely come back to purchase another bed.

After 10 years of trying to figure out my Sleep Number, supplementing with memory foam mattress toppers, and dodging my wifes elbows on our Queen sized mattress... But Once you get through all the hype, it still all comes down to how it feels when you lay your head down... We had actually started at Mattress Firms Ocala Superstore, and that is where we first tried the Sealy Silver Chill Plush Hybrid in the King variety.As it turned out, both my wife (a back sleeper) and I (a side sleeper) were both mentally comparing every other mattress to the one at Mattress Firm. And nothing came close! I could stop here with a glowing review of the product, but that would only be half the story.When we returned to Mattress Firm, we met again with our sleep expert Joel Costa. In this day and age, and especially since COVID, customer service has been almost non-existent in my experience. But Joel went the extra mile in every way possible to make the purchase, delivery, scheduling, and every detail as smooth and painless as humanly possible! His communication was much appreciated as was his tireless efforts at answering all my questions.If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The whole team is awesome in my book, and the beds cant be beat... Check anywhere you wish, but du yourself a favor and check with Joel at Mattress Firm last.

Misled. While I was in the store to see what was the issue there was another couple there complaining that they were misled. Luckily I was only misled for 200 they had to eat a 700 dollar loss. The salesman was very standoffish and frankly rude to the elderly couple. Make sure you understand everything thats in writing and not what youre told. Remember they work on commission so basically used car dealers but with mattresses.

He told me that it wouldnt be a problem and proceeded to show me different mattresses. After re-asserting that I wanted a mattress, adjustable frame and headboard he wrote me up and got the financing done but for more than what I wanted to spend and NOT for what I asked for. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN AND IF THIS SHOWS UP ON MY CREDIT I WILL SUE YOUR COMPANY AND THAT CROOKED SALESMAN FOR FRAUD!YOUR EMPLOYEE HAS MADE AN ENEMY OUT OF A CUSTOMER!!!P.S. their reply is Worth less than used toilet paper. The fact that they canceled the order is irrelevant. What is relevant is the 13 point hit to my credit score because of their salesperson who, after being told EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, then being shown a PICTURE of EXACTLY what I wanted, chose to ignore both and write up the sale regardless. If thats not fraud then it is TOTAL INCOMPETENCE.Save yourself a headache and stay far away from this place.

This was the best experience in buying a mattress! My daughter was definitely overdue for an upgrade in her bed.... within minutes they helped her pick out a mattress she was happy with and helped find one without breaking our budget ! Definitely recommend them if you need a new mattress!
