Wonderful doctor and staff. They make you feel like family. Very efficient office. Doctor did my PRK and I beyond pleased with my results. I am able to see completely clear without any glasses or contacts. Central Florida Eye is the only place you should be going to for your eye needs.

Asked for a Cosmetic procedure Consultation. Lack of information given prior to appt: Mask required, cost of consultation, requirement to submit to a complete eye exam including Dilation, Pressure, Acuity - all simply for a cosmetic lower eyelid consultation. I refused all these medical procedures for a CONSULTATION, all this resulting in Dr Croleys 5 minute consultation for $70. They wanted to run up hundreds of dollars of procedures for an informational consultation only. I fully understood that a full medical exam is required prior to ANY surgery, but I refused this for a consultation.

Thank you all for a great job well done! Cr. Croley did a magnificent job and the staff treated me like family! I had both cataracts removed! They are very caring and from here on out they will get all of my eye business!! Highly recommended!

Every staff member Ive had the pleasure of meeting, has been extremely welcoming, informative, and kind. Staff is attentive and genuinely seem happy to work here.

I received laser treatments on both eyes this week related to glaucoma. When you walk in the door of the office you are immediately greeted with a big smile and a friendly hello. It truly starts the entire visit off on a pleasant footing. Every step of the way what was being done or going to be done was explained in terms I could understand. I was provided the opportunity to ask any questions I might have. I was treated in a professional manner and yet felt as if I was with friends. The procedure went well and the entire visit concluded with pleasant staff handling the billing. From start to finish a very professional, pleasant experience.

Had a mistake with the insurance and received threatening letters. Was told they could not stop the threatening letters because its in their system and they cant change it. This is the customer service they provide when a mistake is made. I would avoidEdit After Response: I called you the first day I got your bill and after the appeal started to let you know that it was under appeal and according to the insurance company no money was owed yet. Ive called you multiple times to let you know it was under appeal. Apparently then it wasnt important enough to note. Either way, this is the customer service you get from this doctors office. Potential patients take note. You have not been very patient with sending it to collections, it has not yet been determined by the insurance if I owe it yet. Thats a big deal. Apparently that doesnt matter to this office. They will still send you monthly bills whether you owe it or not with statements that say you must pay within 10 days or it will be sent to collections. Its only when I call them that they tell me to ignore it (until I shouldnt apparently, thats up to me to guess when the threatening notes become real). They have no way of correcting this in their system. They would rather fight with you on the internet then work with you to fix errors. That is the definition of 1 star service, thank you for reaffirming that with your response.

Staff was very nice but Dr. Croley is horrible. No side matters to patient. Had an appointment with mother today, doctor never acknowledged me when I asked question never look at me, made me feel like I asked a stupid question. Came in room for 2 minutes and mumble words and asked 2x to repeat himself because I didnt understand him. This person needs to go back to school and learn manners.

Excellent service from start to finish. The reception team were first class in their welcoming my Mother and making her feel at ease. From the initial assessment right through to the day of the operation Dr Croley was calm, professional in the way he explained the procedure to my 82yr old Mother. She has not stop singing his praises... To say she is pleased would be an understatement!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous institute to take care of your eyes.

After an accident in which I I received shards of glass in my eye, I called Central Florida Eye Institute in an emergency situation. They told me to come right over no problem. After a reasonable wait I was brought back and within 30mins all the glass was removed and I was on my way. Great staff, super friendly, saved my day! Thanks!

I dont have the words to justly describe how excited I am to have such clear vision following my recent cataract surgery by Dr. Croley. The entire process was a professional experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and punctual. I never waited more than a few minutes and realize this is a rarity in the medical arena.My vision is crystal clear for distance and close-up. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety. After numerous situations throughout my military career as well as my personal life where needing clear vision without glasses was a necessity, I sought out other solutions.On that note.Dr. Croley does read his reviews. Takes notes on his staff. Terrible bedside manner. Wont look you in the eye unless its through his scope.With that said, from my experience;Tell Dr. Croley everything. Repeat every word, question and concern that you have expressed to the nurse even the front desk staff. Dr. Croley doesnt truly know what is going on unless you tell him. Speak to him directly. Directly in the eyes. His staff relays nothing before he sees you.Should I have gone somewhere else? His staff represents all he is.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Croley after an incident I had encountered while doing yard work. Without hesitation this FANTASTIC Institute, a place that I had never been to before took me in right away. From the moment I walked into the office the entire staff was simply AMAZING! They all were so MARVELOUS, made me feel so comfortable, at ease. Dr. Croley is FABULOUS, within minutes he was done, he is so AWESOME! Dr. Croley is EXCELLENT, with an OUTSTANDING, SPECTULAR staff, this was most defiantly a PMENOMIAL experience. I highly recommend Central Florida Eye Institute

Dr. Croley did a great job on the cataract surgery. The follow up was the problem. Been there for eye exams three times and it took another eye doctor elsewhere to tell me that the reason for the blurred vision is the lens inserted and I needed to have YAG lasering. After I found out about this and Central Eye Institutes tech did another exam, I had to tell her to look again at the lens. After this Dr. Croley did his 2 minute in and out and I had to stop him as he was backing out of the room and tell him after he pronounced my eyes just fine. I was told my insurance called for a deductible of $150 each eye. Went home and called my insurance, they had a division that handles the eye insurance (Central Florida Eye didnt know that) and the insurance said they cover all but $30 if done in the office and cover 100% if the laser is performed out of the office at another location. I dont know what is going on but I do know the owner responding to these reviews is not Dr Croley. He would not take the time, I could hardly keep him in the room and it clearly irrated him when I had additional questions.
