While shopping for tile to be used for a small project, I found the two sales associates, one that approached us as we were leaving, to be impartial weather we purchased from their company or not.

Shane took his time showing us many options for our kitchen and bathroom tile, gave us the pros and cons for each selection and let us bring home some options before we decided on which tile we wanted for our home. Went in to purchase $850.00 worth of tile. Jennifer was amazing and very knowledgeable about my tile selection. However when it came to getting the tile pulled from warehouse thats where it went downhill. JOHN the warehouse manager is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! John called me and said he did not know when I wanted to come back for my refund. I let him know that I hadnt made up my mind about a refund or pick up the tile. I went back to the store and spoke Jennifer and got my refund went right around the corner and purchased tile from Italian Tile Warehouse for $350.00 less and got it loaded and took it home. Now thats customer service. I will never go back to Bowen Tile Ocala Fl again and will definitely tell all my friends about my experience there. Love Jennifer but your warehouse staff need PERSONALITY TRAINING.

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled and decided to purchase all the tile through Bowen Tile after a recommendation from a friend. Well, we could not be happier with our purchase. First off, upon entering the building, we were immediately assisted by their friendly staff. Idalia and Shane gave us a quick overview and then set us up with Jennifer to look over options. Jennifer listened as I explained what I was looking for and patiently walked me through their beautiful and organized showroom. It took me forever to make a decision as I took pictures to send to my husband who was helping me decide from home. Jennifer stayed with me the entire time and helped us decided on two different types of tiles. Not to mention, the final cost was below our expected budget since Jennifer helped us find pieces within our budget range. Our bathroom looks amazing and we get the most compliments on the tile. We will definitely use Bowen Tile in the future and will recommend their products and service to anyone.

This is why you should buy everything at Lowes!! My husband and I purchased almost $600.00 worth of tile from Bowen Tile in Ocala Fl.. Please keep in mind, we asked Jennifer, that was helping us what the return policy was. She said as long as they were full boxes, no problem. Well when we wanted to get a refund, low and behold, there is a restock fee even though it was a couple of days. Keeping in mind the tile never left the building. But they said they moved it from one place to another and they want to charge $55.00.Donna, the mother started getting extremely rude because we felt it wasnt right. Her son Shane comes out of the back, yelling, screaming and carrying on because he said he didnt like what we were saying to his mother. We were debating the charge. My husband asked him to calm down and he was throwing his arms everywhere. I thought he was going to hit my husband. I asked Jennifer to call the police. I started taking pictures of how close he was to my husband and Shane started toward me and said he was going to take my phone and throw it. Bottom line, we said fine charge us the $55.00 so we can get out of here. Stay away from this place! They definitely do not have very good Customer service once you give them your money. Although, Jennifer was trying to do her best.
