I went here for a Brazilian wax and the price was reasonable. I arrived and was taken downstairs to a private, little cubicle. The place was very clean and sanitary. Lena, was very professional and made me feel at ease. She did an awesome job and was very quick about it. I am definitely going here again!!

Mckenzie is amazing! My husband and and I both get massages by her and we are always extremely relaxed. You can tell she truly loves what she does and she does it well!

I called and left a message for a call back. I got the call back the next day from Holly. I was told that the day I needed was all booked up but was not offered any other appointments. The call was very short and I was left with a very bad taste. I guess they dont need my money! Terrible customer service

I have been getting pedicures for over 30 years. The deluxe pedi I got with Gabby was by far the best pedicure I have ever received. Gabby is amazing. I scheduled my next appt with her before she was even done. I got a facial the week before with Lena. She was amazing also. Very knowledgeable about the products, my skin type, etc. I schedule another facial with her also. Super friendly and professional staff. I love this boutique spa. Definitely recommend 100%.

Mckenzie is amazing. I have been in pain for over a week. (Probably a pinched ciatic nerve.) One massage session later and I am moving without the pain and have my range of motion back. I just love this spa. Every service I have received has been fabulous!

While searching for a spa I came across Serendipity and decided to take a chance on them. I am beyond impressed! I purchased a package with a pedicure, massage, and facial. IT WAS AMAZING! Gabriel did my toes and even went the extra mile to make me the color I desired. My massage with McKenzi was honestly the best massage I have ever had. AMAZING! My facial with Lina was just as wonderful; my skin feels and looks so fresh and renewed. I cant thank them all enough for making me feel relaxed and distressed. Self love and self care is important! Give this spa a chance! You wont be disappointed!

Wow.....I had my eye brows tattooed on and also had eyeliner tattooed. Lisa did a wonderful job, and brings you back in for as many times as it takes to get it right. She is very professional and knowledgable at what she does. Makes you very comfortable and is a perfectionist. My brows and eyeliner look great, and I am 70 years old. It was a totally awesome experience!! Thank you Lisa!

I visited Serendipity Spa for a spray tan, in preparation for an upcoming event. Robyn was instantly friendly and welcoming, and explained the process very well. I enjoyed chatting with her as she sprayed me. The color is the best Ive found with a spray. It is very natural, Ive found no streaks or patches, and I feel like I am glowing. I will be back before my next event, and I would send anyone seeking a beautiful, natural spray to Serendipity!

Such a cute little spa with great product and wonderful staff. My skin looked and felt brand new after my facial with Lina. She also took the time to answer questions I had about product and was informative, providing tips and tricks to help with my skin. It was a wonderful experience in all aspects.

Great work on my nails Gabby is wonderful. The Spa has much more to offer than nails, a full massage menu, eyelashes, facials etc. Even has some high quality soaps, makeup, lotions, accessories like purses, earrings and scarfs!

I have known Lisa and her staff for a few months now and they are wonderful people.It is very obvious they work hard to offer the best service and experience in the area.I highly recommend them for any spa needs you have. They are a unique gem that you don’t find everyday.

Oh my heavens! You MUST get a facial from Jessie! She is phenomenal. Ive had three now and I count the days til I go back. Robin at the front desk is very kind and so is the entire staff. The atmosphere is lovely. Very appealing to the eye (and too many things I want to purchase as well!). If you do anything at Serendipity, GET A FACIAL. You wont be disappointed.

SO HAPPY! I just moved to the area, and went to another salon a few days ago, and to say my nails were wrecked from that visit would be an understatement. This Salon booked me right away, and took all the time it needed to make my nails look the way they should and did an excellent job! Well worth my money and my time...very kind to me and everyone who came through the door. Comfortable atmosphere, and adorable boutique. I will be returning, and recommending it to anyone who asks!! :)

The messages are great, loved the hot towel on the neck at the end. Well priced. The music was repetitious for 90 minutes (the same chords and water sounds) also the traffic was loud out front, I could hear car stereos parked at the light. The 40% off table make-up is old and the lipstick is sticky. The Jane Iredale brand seems overpriced at $25 for lipstick. Overall its a cute boutique, bath bombs, jewelry, make-up, Doterra oils, lotions, scarves, etc. with a nice staff.

I went and had my eyelashes tinted and lifted for the first time. Before I did, I made sure to research what I was getting into and how they should end up looking. The tint was fine, and although the technician was very nice, she ended up singeing off my right eyelashes. I’m very upset as I just paid $55 to end up with eyelashes that basically look the same, but shorter on the right side.

I was very impressed with the staff and atmosphere at Serendipity. It is very clean and has a relaxed feeling. Brooke did an amazing job on my massage, she listened to where i was hurting and i was feeling great when i left. i would recommend her to anyone. Lisa does this new eyelash makeup that stays on for 2 weeks!!! It looks great,and easy for the busy summer. My experience with spa was a nice change from what ive been use to.

This was my first time at Serendipity and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I was a little anxious but Mckenzie was super patient with me. I got a deep tissue massage and Mckenzie was wonderful. I walked out with some much-needed pain relief and am looking forward to my next session.
