Come here first! great store! I looked online at all different jewelry stores and kay has the best prices, and there staff (Zack and Jacob), were great they didnt have exactly what i wanted but they have a great ordering system they were able to get my rings to me way faster then the website. i ordered it that day and they were able to ship it to the store and I didnt know my girlfriends ring size but they offer a warranty that covers unlimited resizing so it didnt even matter definitely the way to go excellent store great customer service.

Zack(h) was super helpful finding the perfect ring. He made the experience more fun and special. Ive been to 7+ stores and spent weeks online looking for the perfect ring. Finally, decided on a beautiful and affordable ring and accent piece! Thanks Zack(h)!

I needed a new chain for a pendant that holds my moms ashes. Today wouldve been her 60th birthday. As I was choosing a chain, Dont Wanna Fall in Love by Jane Child began to play. That was one of my moms favorite songs. I shared all of this with my jewelry consultant, and we both agreed that it was a good sign. Wow, Cassandra is amazing. Love this place. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They really make buying fine jewelry comfortable and less stressful. If they don’t have what your looking for in store they can usually have it there within a couple of weeks. These associates are very knowledgeable and honest. This is very hard to find in a jewelry store. Go check out this team. They are truly one of a kind.

What an absolutely amazing experience I had with Cassandra and Shaquanya! I have never been so comfortable and been able to be myself until I went into the store and met these fabulous women. They helped me out and answered every question I had an even assisted me with some of my old jewelry cleaned and reshaped what I had. We stopped in this little “gem” on our way out of town. We made a new friend with Cassandra! Cassandra was super friendly and made our jewelry shopping experience easy, relaxing, enjoyable, entertaining and quite informative!! Sales staff are awesome! Spent hours to find the perfect custome piece, and my sales lady, Tammy, never flinched!She smiled all the way through..I found out after the fact, that I kept her through her lunch. I never intended to take up so much time. I did buy a custome ring and a watch. Plus, I took her a couple chocolates the next day.. 😀 Happy Customer!2/2020. I took my 13yo nephew to buy him a ring. It was a surprise. He got to pick it out to add to the fun. Boy is he happy! Another week and it will be back from the sizing. Is he going to be beside himself. Hes a good kid. Nice clean store. Friendly customer service. My only issue is that they charge 15 bucks to resize purchased watches. Not sure why such a thing exist. Zales has never charged me for this service.

Cassandra was awesome and took her time making us feel special every time we come in. Shaquanya was ok too......i guess.....:) and showed us amazing watches which she herself adored.....plus she dances!!!!

They gave me incorrect info on pricing and then basically shut their doors in my face cause they wanted to close early i even told them all i wanted was to pick up my ring out of lay a way i didnt need or want to browse and/or just simply look around it makes me not even want it now at least not from that location
