They come to your home service your cart at your home. All the technicians are highly trained. If you have any questions they will help you and answer any technical questions. Hands down the only place to buy your next golf cart.

Very nice experience with Carts and Clubs in Ocala. The cart is upgraded and has some unique re-engineered features that they do. Fuse block upgrade, jealousy vents, nice tight cart wrap, added insulation under the seat. I was caught in a blinding rain storm and stayed dry as a bone. Been 1000 miles and trouble free cruisin!

Quite disappointed. I had heard a lot about them and had a check in my pocket to purchase a new Yamaha if I got a good price. A salesman approached us, didnt give his name. Seemed almost disinterested. After asking what we wanted he walked in to his office and handed us a price. It was the highest price weve received. I asked if it was negocible and he flat out said no. very disappointed we made the trip.. a new cart will be ordered this week.

Went in to buy a cart this morning. Was told they install Curtis cabs. I have had one on my existing cart for 7 years. I am very pleased with it quality and performance. When I asked about the cab the sales person went on a tirade that the windows always fall out and the doors fall off an I would have to sign a waiver? This business was recommended to me by one of their competitors. I was taken back and had to walk out. I was prepared to buy.

Very disappointed! I am new to the area and am in beginning stages of learning what a golf cart lifestyle is all about. I had bought a used Yamaha golf cart and was looking to do some upgrades. I stopped in to Carts and Clubs to buy a windscreen and found out since I did not buy the cart from them they would not sell me one. Surprised is an understatement! Business must be too good that they dont want to sell parts and accessories to someone that did not buy a new $16,000 golf cart from them.When it comes time to buy a new golf cart I will be hard pressed to even give these guys any consideration especially when I have been welcomed with open arms by other dealerships. When someone asks about where they should look for a new golf cart I have a top notch recommendation and it wont be these guys.

These guys are very friendly and helpful. Have some interesting twists on the carts they build that make them unique. Prices reflect being farther away from The Villages but still pretty costly. My next new cart will likely come from here.

Excellent company. Ted the owner has trained a staff that is all about the customer satisfaction. I bought a new 2017 Quiet Tech Yamaha. Great experience from start to finish. I received a written quote so there would be no question about price, accessories, etc.No pressure sales, great showroom explained every feature, warranty, service and even a price list of all service charges oil changes,, service calls, etc.I had one issue and they handled it professionally and timely. The seat I purchased came with smaller armrest on the driver and passenger side which is different than my previous seat and what another dealer had on the exact same seat.They ordered me replacement arms asap and I am very pleased and highly recommend Carts and Clubs Ocala! This place is not as friendly oriented as Ted, the old owner who retired once run the place.I will not buy golf cart from this place. The sales guy was not flexible.
