The worst. I am a Stone Creek resident. My golf cart needed a maintenance and possibly batteries. I called them last Wednesday but they said they couldnt take my cart until the following Friday. I got them to agree to Wed. Thats today and they didnt show up to pick it up. Called them and they said they hadnt written the appointment down. But I could make an appointment for after Memorial Day. Forget it.

WOW!!!!! What a great experience purchasing a Golf cart from June at Ocala Golf Cart Supercenter. We were promptly approached and was asked a lot of good questions by June to see what we wanted. They did not have exactly what we wanted, however June built one on paper for us with all of the accessories we wanted. She and the owners son gave us a great price less than expected. We ordered it that day and was given a Golf cart loner until the other arrived. Lied to us, said we were getting a new 2019 Easy Go, turns out was 2019 year remafuctured. Never indicated other than new to us. We have the paper work to prove. There golf cart techs are rookies using substandard wiring practices. STAY AWAY.Ok, owner called today and we discussed my disappointment, he is willing to make it right.That earns points.

Since our purchase, Adam has been very responsive to minor issues we have had with our cart. He also has provided additional small items at no cost to us. I could not have expected better after-the-sale treatment.

Ocala Golf Cart Center. They sold the non profit horse retirement and rehab I work for a piece of junk. If they think you dont know what youre buying, they will take complete advantage to get a sale. Sold us a farm cart that we were assured was capable of toting feed for 30 horses and covering 65 acres twice a day. Well our 20 year old original golfcart outlived it. The one they sold us had problems within the first 2 weeks. Which continued over and over again. One problem after the next. When we went in demanding they take the cart back, they took no responsibility. The owner refused to even meet with us because he was going through a dovorce so we dealt with his brother, who assured us the salesman didnt know that much about golf carts and refused to give us a refund despite that admission. The mechanic even told us we never should have been sold the golf cart for what we wanted it for. Total crooks and very unprofessional . Id guess they sell crappy carts intentionally so you have to continue bringing it back to be repaired based on the experience I had there.

We visited all of the local golf cart businesses around and looked at all of the different brands offered. We ended up going back on a Saturday 25 minutes before they were closing. My husband (and I) had several questions since we had never owned a cart before. Mo took the time to educate us (even showing us some of the parts) on all aspects of both their Club Car and EZ Go carts, and the different features each had to offer. He also went over different add ons we could do and what the pros and cons were to those. He acted like a friend that was telling you their experience on owning a cart and what they liked and disliked about it. We hadnt planned on buying until my husband retired in another 2 years, but we were so impressed on how accommodating Mo and Adam were that we purchased right then. On a previous visit we also had interaction with Karter (a son), and he definitely had the right people train him in the art of Customer Service. Other businesses were polite, but did not have the enthusiasm that this business has shown. I decided I wanted an extra item that I hadnt ordered once I got the cart delivered and they were Johnny On The Spot to get this taken care of for us. We are looking forward to having many years of a wonderful relationship. Please if you would like, go visit other businesses but make sure you stop here and see what they have to offer before you buy. They are one of the few businesses that practice CUSTOMER SERVICE.
