Unable to produce a legitamite contract to protect the customers interests. Only a one sided contract to benefit on companies behalf along with penalties. Refused to give a discription of cabinets being ordered, time of when cabinets would be in once order is placed, when scope of work would be completed, along with inspection of workmanship before final payment is made and if not delivered than contract is void. When asked to include these specifics owner became upset and ripped up contract instead of making a few changes to protect the customer and give a discription as to what they were actually paying for. This company couldve easily brought a barbie cabinet set or even used cabinets that were removed from a previous job and stated this was the verbal agreement. Always remember never sign a contract that doesnt protect your interests especially if company refuses to include it once addressed. Good luck... on to the next one with peace of mind.
