We are having a great time with Kyle and Martine at the Ocala location. We are very pleased with the knowledge Kyle has about Toms problem and is taking very good care of him. This is the first time anyone has been so nice and explains everything to him so we both understand the problem Tom`s hearing loss is causing. He just got new aids and is very satisfied with them thanks to Kyle. He takes his time with us so we do not feel rushed. He and Martine are gems and we love them.......

Terrible. When I called and talked with Maureen I asked a simple question and her reponse was so nasty and rude. She hung up the phone on me for no reason. VERY unprofessional and would not recommened this company to my friends dog.
