There isnt a better store in town. Even with the supply chain issues currently going on. The staff have continously went the distance to accommodate, even to the point of taking it personally when they can not. Some of the best people I know work right in that store.

The personal service is amazing! I bought 10 gallons of concrete stain & realized I gave them the wrong color chip. I took it back and they worked diligently to get it as close to the correct color as possible!

Stopped in for a specific brand of concrete stain we wanted. Manger was very helpful and knowledgeable on the stains and staining process. First person in 4 hardware store stops to know something about this. Thanks.

Have to pick out a paint color for a house were building. This is the second location Ive been to in the past few days, and Im glad our contractor told us to use Sherwin Williams for the paint. Both stores were great! They have a nice selection of colors to choose from, and they can match a competitors color. Very busy in their store today but they seemed to have enough staff to take care of everyone. I spoke to one of the employees about a possible issue we might have with the paint...he seemed very knowledgeable...and PATIENT! I left with some sample cards, but no paint. Too many choices, so Im dumping the decision on my husband!

Staff was very helpful especially patient when helping me understand matching paint and paint types. We even miscommunicted on the amount & staff still stayed patient & understanding!!

The paint is definitely outstanding, but so are the staff. Its a busy place, but be patient. They take very good care of you. You will look like a super hero when the job is done.

The customer service rep working labor day was fabulous. We got 1 x 5gal and 19 x 1 gallons all different colors. He did a great job. Helped us find all the supplies I asked about.

The only reason this gets 4 instead of 5 is because it isnt the easiest parking lot to get into, impossible to turn left into. Fantastic customer service! There was a mix up and our order didnt get made by the time I arrived. Once we figured out what went wrong both gentleman filled the order (8 cans) in 15 min and took them out to my truck for me. This was at the end of the day and extended hours so Im sure they were tired and ready to go home but it didnt effect their customer service one bit. Hey owner give the guys who worked closing on 09/21/18 a raise. They deserve it.
