I have never left a review before but I felt so compelled too after being disrespected that I want to make sure no one has to go through this experience. Absolutely the worse customer service skills I have ever come across. Bobby T should not be working at the parts counter with customers. I will never come back here for anything and will instruct others to do the same. There are other companies down the street that will treat you with respect. This has been a very terrible experience.

Took a complete honda eu2000 generator in almost a 1.5 years ago for a fuel pump repair. Called about 12 weeks later to see where it was because they where behind in repairs. Nothing done then called back about 4 weeks later said they had fuel pump and all part to fixed except 2 fuel lines and they where on back order. Months went by no call about my machine so I called again something part on back order. This went on and on. I recently spoke with them and the same thing waiting on part this time they told me what part they where needing I found it on replacement.com . I asked about why they couldnt just use fuel line since thats all they needed. So after numerous phone conversation called again and asked if it was missing parts when it was brought in I said no. Later I got another call and said it was fixed and ready to be picked up the cost 240.00 dollars. When I went the next day to pick up I recieved the paper work and all it said was miscellaneous part. So I questioned it and come to find out I was being charged for used part taken off another machine that they said wasnt there after a 1.5 yrs. So the they didnt even put a new pump in all parts where off a old machine and could not explain where the parts went off my machine

Bought my zero turn from Bi-los 7 years ago. Stopped in yesterday for a new air filter for the Kawasaki 23hp engine. They also recommended a pre filter which I did need. No problems, they knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock right behind the counter. Both parts were OEM Kawasaki not an after market part of questionable quality.

Horrible service in the maintenance dept, Tina the lady at the counter left holding the ball for their ineptitude, she was very sorry, but I think she was the only one that was.Over 4 months for a, as I was told, a 3 week fix.Don’t go.

Called before going for parts on an older exmark lazer 72in cut..the young lady ashley was very friendly and went above and beyond to find the parts and double check to see if they were in stock before goin..they were..this young lady did exactly what you want from a customer rep..so when i get there she had everything i needed waiting for me..when she was ringing me up doing her job i might add an older man came up and said she was doing something wrong..to find out she was doing it perfectly right..let her do her job hoss and take care of your own counter section ..this is how things get messed up..have confidence in your help. She was fantastic and need more help like her..GREAT JOB ASHLEY!!!!!!

A friend brought their SuperZ in for the mower not staying charged while running & instead of changing the voltage regulator & the wiring harness that is melted cuz there was no ground wire. They changed the PTO switch

Family owned power tools and equipment for landscaping and tree service. Bi-Lo sells and services name brand equipment such as Stihl at competitive prices with the big box stores. The difference is excellent, personal customer service. Highly recommended.

Went in with my weed eater which was missing some part where the wire goes in. Lets just say from the minute we walked in I could cut the tension there with a knife. I am a new homeowner still learning the ropes. When I walked in, there were several employees behind the counters and only one customer. All Caucasian it seemed. Showed the guy at the drop off and pick up desk what the problem was and he very dismissively said oh you need to replace the whole head it seems. You may be able to find something on the internet. As I walked out with my kid I could see another guy looking over at the clerk I spoke to and give him a smirk. So we went straight to home depot and the very kind AA guy there showed me all it needed was a new spool and cap and even showed me how to do it and installed it for me. What a difference in service. All I can say is wow.Even is his day in age. The employee at Bi Lo What can I say abo the service at Bi-Lo: ineptitude, unprofessional and uncaring.

Huge show room, excellent customer service from the front desk ladies who went over and beyond getting parts I needed for Stihl pole saw(My bosses, I broke 1st day Barrowing & job not completed).Lady prints out diagram, then gentlemen from back puts whole thing back together and cleaned up. Working even better than before.

Called Monday morning to ask for repair (balance deck, plug tire, replace blades) of riding lawn mower. They picked it up Monday afternoon, completed repairs and returned 24 hrs later! Awesome job guys!

They were closed, I drove an hour to them for nothing. The website said they were open.

We have a small lawn maintenance company. We took our Tiger Scag 48 in to BI-LO for repair. They assured us they would have it back by Wednesday this was on a Monday. BTW it was leaking oil. I received a phone call after calling there 2 times on Tues and the guy said the est will be $364 because it needed new rods and heads. I said Ok go ahead and he said we could pick it up that afternoon. Called to check on it and the lady told me they had been trying to get a hold of me about the estimate they had misquoted and it would be $500 + dollars. Well I spoke to the owner who said they would honor the original estimate. To come and pick up at 12 pm on Thursday. We do out commercial property on Thur and really need two mowers. My guy went to pick up and I found out that the engine had thrown a rod and blew the motor. The owner informed me he could repair for a bargain price of $1800. I said no I just wanted to pick up my mower. He then said he would let me have it but I actually owed him hours for them to repair...ha ha. BTW it was not smoking blue or black smoke and was not knocking. we always kept oil in it. but amazingly while they were fixing it it blew up. Well think about it before you go to this company.

I will never return to this store. They are awful to deal with.Tried to charge me $ 350 for a $ 20 repair, stating that many parts have to be replaced.Not true. They just wanted to make more money.A new machine costs $ 250, why spend $ 350 to fix an old one?Ridiculous.Go elsewhere.

Purchased a Stihl HS 45 hedge trimmer from these folks and it never really ran right from the beginning but thats not the problem. I took it to them for a service estimate and they quoted me $235 for the repair. ($300 plus for brand new). I declined the repair and they charged me $40 for the estimate. I took the machine home and watched a Youtube video on how to repair it. I spent exactly $4.10 on parts and about 30 minutes of repair time and it runs better than ever. God bless youtube and BI-lo be damned.

Called to see if they would work on my leaf blower, gave the lady the brand and she said drop it by first thing in the morning. I went and dropped it off after going over what they would try and do . Got a call back a short time later to come pick blower up that they decided they weren’t going to do anything . Come to pick up and Bob(the owner) is very rude and could careless about wasting my time. Come to find out the service manager purposely bragged about wasting my time because he was infactuiated with my child’s mother. When I came back to inform the owner that the service guy purposely wasted my time the service manager attacked me and so did the owner leaving me to defend myself just to get to my car. DO NOT BUY FROM BI-Lo!!

My husband went today to buy some parts and said the person behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. He left upset and it takes a lot to upset him. I will be calling to let the manager know. Its all about good customer service and a friendly attitude.
