I actually purchased two sets a couple months ago a twin and a queen size. My son loves his twin mattress and this past week we set up the queen mattress for my daughter. She loves her mattress she says its actually helped her bad back and she should have updated her bed much sooner. Kim was so helpful and made buying from BoxDrop easy give them a call.

Kim was extremely personable & professional! We wrote back & forth quite a bit before I finally was able to come in & look at all the mattresses. Im not the easiest one to assist because of all my physical issues. She was very patient allowing me to lay on beds many times over. After some back and forth with the young man he got me a new bed that should help my back and help me sleep. Young man was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. If I would ever need a new one shall my warranty run out I would come back here.
