I cant say enough great things about the level of customer service this store provides! Walking into the store, I was a little intimidated by how huge it actually is, and all of the different options available. Chris assisted me in determining the best mattress for both my needs and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable with my purchase. A true gem! Thank you so much for making a somewhat daunting task a whole lot easier, Chris!

Highly recommend The Sleep Center. I was in their Ocala store about 11:30 this morning and my new mattress was delivered at 3 pm. The salesman at the store was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The delivery guys were early, called before they arrived, let me vacuum the carpet before they put the new mattress in place, helped me put the dust ruffle on and were generally extremely nice. I could not have asked for better service. A 5 star experience.

No pressure salesman (Jonathan) who gave honest advice, and even informed us of the perks, such as trial period, no delivery charge, and even tax-free werkend. Hes quite knowledgeable in the different brands, models, structure, and even the competition. Best mattress store experience. I do recommend this place. We did decide to go for the mattress purchase here.

Our experience at the Sleep Center of Ocala could not have been better. We ordered the incorrect mattress size, which was not determined until our order was delivered. After contacting Will, our salesman, he put us at ease and scheduled a pickup of the incorrect mattress and delivery of the correct one the following day - even though it was totally our fault. No additional charges were added and he treated us professionally and respectfully. In a few months we will be shopping for a new bed for our daughter. There is no question about where we will make this purchase - The Sleep Center of Ocala is the only store I’ll ever use. Thanks Will and to your professional delivery crew!

Im a very fussy consumer, I dont buy new things often so when I do its a big deal. This store has great employees, they fit my needs, they where patient with me through the whole process. They delivered it when I wanted it and made special arrangements to call me ahead of time so I could met them at my home. The two young gentleman that came were so polite and helpful . It really was just a wonderful experience and they where easy to work with. Well done

I was looking for a mattress and was told to try them. Imagine my surprise when I walked into the store and sat in the lobby for 10 minutes with absolutely nobody in the store. I finally went to the counter and got a number off the business card and called the store. A man answered and I asked him if the store was open. He then came around the corner and told me he didnt hear the bell. I told him I walked all over the sales floor jingling my keys and saying hello and nothing. When I looked at his shirt it stated his name and underneath it said District Manager. That took me aback. I tried to get some information about beds given some physical issues and he seemed to have no care in helping me. He just kept telling me that certain beds were really expensive and kept steering me to what seemed to be cheaper. I felt as though he was judging what I could afford. Then a delivery man showed up to drop off merchandise and I felt rushed out the door and told that if I came back the next day I could speak to someone more knowledgeable. This was an extremely off putting experience. I cannot see myself buying a bed from this place. Its a shame because I had so many people give them a great recommendation.

We have enjoyed our mattress for about 1 month now, and we couldnt be happier! I did some shopping around, and The Sleep Cntr. offered the best price. Their prices were even better than the warehouse stores in the area, especially when you factor in the included delivery, and removal of your old mattress. Our salesperson was Chris Procaccini. The Sleep Center is the only place to go when you buy a bed. We purchased a bed from there. When our daughter needed to replace her bed, she went to one of the competitors and got a price. I recommend her to go see Chris at The Sleep Center. He met the price and sweetened the deal with some accessories. If youre buying a name brand: Temper Pedic, Sealy, or Stearns and Foster; Chris the senior sales consultant can meet the competitors price and possibly sweeten the deal with some accessories. Check them out first and ask for Chris. They are very polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I was up against a time crunch when another major retailer failed twice to deliver my sleeper sofa. With company coming to visit in less than two weeks, I called the Sleep Centers Ocala location to ask whether the store offered futon couches. Chris answered all my questions, and told me about all the options I had for inventory that was deliverable by my due date. He even took pictures of floor models and sent them via his personal cell phone so I could consider them. I ended up driving to the Ocala showroom, trying out the floor models, and placing my order. Two days later, Sleep Centers truck came promptly and two very thoughtful company employees (Matt and his partner were not rent-a-guys) set up my futon sofa in under 20 minutes. Thanks to Chris and his quick above-and-beyond service, I now have a quality sleeping option for my sons future in-laws (who are flying in from Poland!) I couldnt have asked for better service and the sofa is quite comfortable for both sleeping (when a bed) and TV watching (when a couch). Thanks so much Sleep Center!
