My fiancé and I went in to the dealer in hopes of finding an Indian Challenger Dark Horse. But when we walked in we only seen the base models. I started asking the salesman Chris questions about it and come to the conclusion that I just needed to wait to get my dark horse. Chris called Joe C. over to talk with me because I had a lot of questions. Joe C. said he believes they had one in Daytona for bike week, so he immediately made some calls and got the info on the bike. Within a couple of hours we had all the paper work done and I was waiting for the next day to arrive and my bike. The service department here was really great. Joe C. stayed late with a service tech setting up the bike so I could ride it home that night.
I am not the easiest person to please. But I can not say enough about Indian Motorcycles of Ocala and the staff there. Great customer service all around but Johnny Gomez is truly a great guy that goes above and beyond. I completed the purchase of my bike and it had to be lowered for me to feel comfortable. I was prepared to come back another day and pick it up. But they offered to stay and get it done so I could ride it home that night. They were there 2 hours past closing. Thanks John, Dave and Josh and everyone there. Oh and this long time Harley rider is in love with her Indian Chieftain. I’ll stop buy with souvenirs and tales of our first road trip when I get back fromTexas.
The sales manager Joe C. and salesman Chris were awesome. Very personable and didnt treat you like you were just money in their pocket. I had been looking for a Challenger and had one on order through another dealership. I was told it could take up to 12 weeks to get my bike. The day we went to look at this particular dealership in hopes of finding one, we made a purchase and received our bike the next day!

Very disappointed with this dealership, I have a number of issues with them like having to wait a week to get my less than 1 year old Indian in for a service issue, being charged for accessories that were installed on my bike several months before, leaving my bike for an oil change and Simonize coating after 10 days I insisted on picking up my bike and neither service was completed the simonize coating I needed to bring bike back another time. My 9 month old motorcycles battery was bad and I was told the battery was only warranted for 30 days and they would be happy to sell me a new one. (imagine that brand new motorcycle and battery only warranted for 30 days. )I then went to a different Indian who replaced the defective battery at no charge and informed me the battery has a 2 year warranty. It just hasn’t been a pleasant experience with this dealership. Their are several more issues but these are the most recent.
My salesman was Adam and my finance guy was Conner. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They weren’t pushy at all. Adam even got a sitter for his child so he could work around my schedule. And to be given an additional $1000 off just for being a first responder in my community really shows their level of devotion to theirs. Great customer service. Enjoying my new bike.

I only gave them a 2 star because of Dave who rode with me on a test ride and the free tee shirt. He was great! Everything else was disappointing including the bike, cleanliness, service and promptness with time I was at the dealership. I called and made an appt for a test ride ahead of time to cut down on time. When I got there they didnt even have the bike I wanted and it took close to an hr to get a similar bike ready. I was there close to two hrs with friends/family with me waiting to get lunch. At least I was able to rule out this dealership and the bike.
Amazing experience. First time Indian owners and we are so glad that we went to Indian of Ocala. We end up buying two Indians. They did everything possible to make sure I got my dream bike. I had visited this dealership prior to my purchase, I had to leave because of a family emergency, and the concern from Jay Moody and the floor manager (dont remember name sorry) was REAL. And thats 💯 percent why I came back without even checking with another dealership, and they remembered my situation from 2 months earlier. Folks, you can maybe save a few hundred bucks having multidealerships competing for your business. But whenever you can find the peoples i encountered here at ridenow, you cant put a price on thT, and that is where trust and concern for you as a person and not just another sale.... youre done, you cant put a price on that

This was my first experience and I couldnt be happier. I talked to Emma on the phone, her customer service skills are without a doubt superior. She found the tire I was looking for with a competitive price, the install was free with purchase. When I arrived for my appointment she was just as helpful on site as on the phone. Then josh and Jesse were on top of my paper work and got my bike back on the road in a very timely manner. Im very impressed. Very satisfied customer.

He liked this dealership so much he landed up buying a leather coat, gloves, a back rest etc. He thought he lost his glasses while he was there but he found them later when we got home. Tried to order a replacement headlight for my RM. Guy said Id have to pay in advance thru PayPal. I said I didnt have or want a PayPal account. He said I wouldnt have to create one...got the link and on my 2nd click I hit the PayPal account creation wall.

My wife and I went to Indian Motorcycle of Ocala on Friday, 5/1/2020 and I purchased my new toy “the 2020 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse.” This was after visiting their dealership on multiple occasions. Well, we are very pleased with my new bike and the purchase was only made because of the excellent service we received from Salesman Joe G and Parts Guy Chris!
There were a few issues with the delivery of my Chief Vintage, but it eventually got sorted. The bike is amazing and Im hoping things go smooth with the dealership from here on. Sales staff are great. Just attention to detail issues upon delivery of the bike.
If I could give Chris a 10 out of 5 I would. On a Sunday when the service team wasn’t available. He was able to keep us upright and rolling.😉. Great customer service!
I’m not sure what happened but I do know that we will never be back. Basically we were told the bank did not approve our income because we are self employed and that was the end of the conversation. In the 16 years of having our business I have never been treated this way. Clearly the finance dept is incompetent and the sales person wasn’t any help what so ever. Don’t worry we will come show you our new purchase.

Purchased an Indian Scout here two weeks ago. If you want an Indian, go see Ken! The dealership staff was very helpful when I called in advance to verify that the motorcycle I was interested in was still in stock, and they went ahead and scheduled a test ride for me. My salesman, Ken Schmidt, made the purchase a smooth and stress free experience. This dealership is partnered with RideNow Powersports next door, so the actual financing and finalizing the deal occurred there instead, but still very smooth. They delivered the bike to the Jacksonville location for me so I could pick it up closer to my home. Im looking forward to riding her back down there in a few weeks to get the first service done.

The online sales guy was awesome we went to look at the Dark Horse sales guy showed us another bike that was used we wanted new we had to beg for a test ride. The mechanic they sent on the test drive had me follow him at the end of the ride he vanished never asked how I liked the ride nothing. They kept pushing us to by the used 1000 miles on it bike for full new prices. We decided to buy down the road where they treated us like family and with respect.Please note I am updating my review as the Internet Sales guy Ken reached out to me and apologized for the experiance we had. Ken should be teaching customer care and service at all Ride Now locations.
Sales sells the first one, service department sells the rest!Everyone makes mistakes...As consumers, I think we just expect an attempt at a fair resolution to any situation. For all of my Central Florida Indian owners and future owners I want to share a less than satisfactory rating with the Indian of Ocala locations service department. Poor communication, lack of follow through, callous attitude and just plain dont do what they say they will do. Get everything in writing because their word is suspect. Ride safe and make sure to take your business and hard earned money where it will be appreciated.

Have been needing my first service done on my Indian roadmaster couldnt scedule in advance due to my work scedule ended up with a day off contacted last Pete and Lakeland dealers at least a week wait contacted Ocala Indian they went out of there way to get me in by afternoon so I rode 80 miles each way to get service but was worth every mile they were very professional friendly was a great experience treated me great and I didnt purchase from them but would recommend anyone would use them for sales and service

After being jerked around at several other dealers, I contacted Indian of Ocala. I simply said straight up, I’m having trouble getting to a potential bottom line number. I dealt with Big Cat. He gave me a decent first number, but after days of speaking with other dealers and crunching numbers, I had a specific number I wanted to get to. He said, if you’re legit wanting to buy a bike today, I’ll contact the owner. Who, by the way, was at Biketoberfest. He said owner will “do the deal” if I did it today. Well, hell yea I’ll do it today! Jumped on my bike and rode from Tampa. Did the deal and rode home. Save yourself some time. Go where bikers want to sell bikes to bikers... If your ready to buy, there ready to sell! If your not ready to buy, you aren’t going to get the deals...
Well showcased and stocked. Pricing @ the store in Panama City and the apparel selection @ the Panama City store is better but the Ocala location, like the Panama City location, offers a friendly staff and a wide array of bikes. Nice place to stop, say hello, browse, and pick-up a T-Shirt if youre traveling thru the area.

A. “I purchased a 2018 Slingshot on 3/30/18, on the way home, it developed a high pitch squeal on all 5 gears. It would have been too late to return to the dealership that day, so I returned 1st thing in the morning of 3/31/18. Upon arrival I spoke to the service advisor who had Steve, the mechanic on duty, take it for a ride. It was noted the drive belt was out of alignment and had to be realigned .The realignment was accomplished in short order and I was back out driving, my new slingshot without the worry of something being wrong and having damage or a breakdown.This type of service can not be overlooked and must be mentioned. In a short time, I will be back for a 500 mile break in oil change. I am looking forward to all my services being done at this dealership and encourage any other customers, no matter what they are riding, to do so.”

Hey yall. I have the pleasure to be riding one of the best engineered motorcycles available today; - My 2013 Victory Hardball! It is long enough and ergonomic for me as I am 66. It has all the power I need or will need with the stock set as for I have not changed a thing. I have been in several positions over the past year to include where cell phone drivers were about to endanger me as I ride and without down shifting to fifth, I just juiced the gas and all the torque I needed to get out of danger was instant and left jaws dropping as I passed the issues! The staff at Ride Now, Ocala are always knowledgeable and friendly. They actually meet and talk with you as opposed to other places that meet and talk at you. I dont feel like they are trying to sell me something but rather that they are just there to jaw-jack with me about our mutual love; - Motorcycles!!!!!!!!!! Thanks yall!

I was at Indian of Ocala today, its part of Ride Now Ocala and I finally go to do what I first regretted not doing. The guy who helped me was Caleb Bryan. Great guy and salesman. He helped me get to where I needed to be. The situation... In 2016 I had purchased an Indian Darkhorse. It came with Leather sidebags. I regretted that and I should have gone with the hard bags. To make a long story short, upgrading the bags by themselves is ridiculously expensive, shame on you Indian. I dont mind paying to upgrade, but what you are asking for is insanely ridiculous. So, to make it right, Caleb, got me into a new bike that came with the hard bags and more. Thanks, for making it happen Caleb! Overall, Indian of Ocala is a great place to purchase a bike. They definitely know how to make the experience pleasurable.

I recently purchased a new Indian Scout ABS. Ive put almost two thousand miles on the bike in the past month or so, and am enjoying it tremendously. I want to take the chance now to thank all the fine employees who were involved in my initial purchase, as well as follow up service and upgrades.Sales advisors Jay and Tim were involved in the initial sale and were very informative and helpful in my decision making process on the bike. Ive had great conversations with them both and Jay has assisted me in reviewing a broad spectrum of motorcycles, as I searched for the best fit for my needs.Parts personnel that continued to be of help after the purchase were Paulie and Steve. They helped me pick out the best accessories for my bike and were very knowledgeable, not just about those particular accessories but about motorcycles in general and Paulie has gone out of his way to share a lot of good motorcycle advice with me.Service managers, Jason and Tony have been extremely courteous and always willing to get my bike in for upgrades or scheduled service in as fast a time as possible. The service tech who typically has worked on my bike, David, has also consistently done an excellent job.Extra thanks goes out to Tom and Andy for their work in sales management. They worked hard on setting up my Scout purchase and making sure I got the most value out of it, as well as diligently investing further bike purchases Im interested in.Other great sales staff there include Eric and Zack in the other building, whove been extremely helpful and informative, as well.Overall, the staff at RideNow Ocala are a hard working team, every one of them striving within their own area to create the best experience possible for the customer. Great place to bring home a beauty
Bought a 2018 dark horse on the last tues of May and it was delivered the next day. I didn’t get to ride it until I got off work Thursday and with in a mile and 1/2 the abs and engine light came on, and the speedometer quit working. Called and scheduled pick up the following Tuesday. Called weds afternoon and spoke w service who stated it was fixed. The bike threw 2 codes and abs wire was a little loose but tightened. I asked when it was going to be redelivered, and was told the 14th. I said this was unacceptable. I just bought a 14000 motorcycle that went thru service dept. that was 784.00 and only rode it 6 mins. Was told the would check the drivers schedule and call me back. Never got a cal weds or Thursday. I gave up an overtime shift on Friday to go pick it up. Picked it up, and rode it for about 30 miles and same problem again. I barely made it home coasting into the driveway before it shut off. Called service dept. again and waiting for a call back lol. I have rode this motorcycle twice and both times same problem and it only had 784 miles on it. I’m not a happy customer at all. I’m a new rider and this whole experience has been disappointing to say the least. At this point I don’t even want the bike anymore. Sorry for being a downer just really unhappy right now
Stopped by to see the 2 new chieftain models yesterday 4/8/17. While there I saw a Indian polo shirt that I liked. There is no obvious check out counter. Walked back to the parts/service area. Several employees siting in chairs in the area. Had to ask where do I pay. That is when a lady got up and went to check me out. She informed me that they no longer give Military or IMRG discounts. I did not make a purchase.
Everyone I had contact with were great. Outstanding staff in Ocala. Will let everyone I know that Ocala is the ONLY place to buy your Indian.
Went there to find out what antifreeze to use my wife slingshot .My wife seen an Indian Motorcycle there but I told the dealer I really wanted trike Goldwing come to find out that the place next door Powerhouse had just what I wanted but they try like H for get me to buy the Indian, great deal on it but it wasnt what I wanted. Two days later I find out the goldwing trike I was looking for was on powerhouse web site. To bad if I seen that I more in likely would have purchase it. The two dearers should work together for sales. U can dear with them. Just dont take the first price.
Decent place very nice layput. Tho they have pretty pushy salesmen. They do not Let you test ride before you buy. Note do they negotiate on prices.
Called this dealership to inquire about a bike listed on their website. I requested an OTD price since Im 2.5 hrs away. The online price was low which enticed me, but when they called me back with the partial OTD-- I knew to run. The guy who called me gave me the online bike price, $800 freight, $888 in what he referenced as an Indian Warranty but couldnt really tell me what this fee was for (not the standard 2yr warranty), plus $400 doc fee. Tax, title, and license fees were not included. Ive purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 7 years-- Ive experienced my fair share of dealership experiences. After the guy couldnt really tell me what these fees were for, I knew they were trying to poke my eyes out. Also, check reviews from other sites. I purchased elsewhere and Im glad I did.
Just left the dealership after spending getting amazing information and help from Mr Joe. Was shopping around for a startup bike an had soooo many questions and worries. All have been put to rest and we will be back to purchase one very soon!! Thank you Ol Joe!!
