Went to pick up my reserved truck and it was already waiting, ready to go. After using the very simple check in process, I was able to get my key and check the truck before driving it away. The gas tank was full, and the moving equipment I bought was already in the back. The truck is very easy and smooth to drive, and I love that they are flexible when it comes to how long you need your truck. I will definitely be using Uhaul in the future.

My worst uhaul rental ever! This truck should be taken out of service! Absolutely stank of cigars and I dont smoke!!It was disgusting, I booked it in advance and had plans elsewhere to use it for towing 3 trailers. I asked for another vehicle and they told me they had zero an then acknowledged the smell and admitted they couldnt get the smell out after numerous attempts.All 4 hours of using the vehicle I had to have the windows fully down and a/c on lowest fan speed because it smelled worse if it was higher!1st bad experience with uhaul.

This U-Haul location was like the Disneyland of U-Haul. Everything you would every need to move yer stuff was available for rent inside! The young woman who helped us made sure we got a truck big enough for all of our moving needs and kept us well informed. We showed up right as they were closing and I truly enjoyed the fact that we werent rushed. I highly recommend you go to this U-Haul, their selection was the best & customer service was top notch!

I did 4 stars because of the kind employee we dealt with when we went in to pickup our rented truck. We followed everything they asked, we barely even used any gas, the gage didnt move but we topped it off anyway only to drop it off and have a different employee charge more money because we went over 4 miles on our guestimated usage. They dont tell you on the site to count the miles from their parking lot to each of your destinations and back to their site again... Maybe thats common sense but its pretty stupid. Still a great price to rent a truck for a day and easy as well.

At first there was a mixed up, I even called the Law Enforcement Non- Emergency for Assistance since a employee stated my Storage Unit was not in my own name. When I was the one Whom had Rented it. After going thru my online order with UHaul dot com, and showed the Employee it was my Unit. One Young Woman in particular, found the Errors done my another employee, whom placed the wrong name on my unit. This Employee went out of her way and corrected everything for Me. Thats the reason for the 5 stars, otherwise I would have given them 1 🌟

The ladies here were friendly enough but ultimately this stop was a waste of my time. I was forced to go elsewhere for my moving truck needs. This facility is clean and well kept both inside and out. The store is up to date.

Rented a trailer to haul some items. Great price and they even hooked it up for me.

Got charged 2x for the trailer, second charge has no transaction ID so someone there ran it without my permission. Open dispute with corporate right now

I pick up a relative who returned a truck he rented. I did not use the service.

Charged me a $50. Clean up fee saying it had roaches in but funny my storage unit had none

Was moving from FL to Texas. The day was going terribly and we rented the wrong tow dolly. We stopped here to see if we could get the bigger one. When I tell you Patience was an Angel, not only did she make the exchange, it was also no extra charge!! Patience Jackson is the best!!!

You definitely can’t ask them any questions otherwise they will hang up on you.

Uhaul is very helpful and I have never had a problem renting from them. I use Uhaul for most of my moving or picking up big items.

What can I say..The lady Stephanie was so rude and was not helpful what so ever. She was very impatient and rude. We asked what other location would be closest for our drop off and she said I dont know...I asked her to zoom in on the screen to show better loactions and she huffed at me and looked at me like I was stupid. In my opinion I think she eas Im drugs. I will never ever go back to rent a Uhaul from this place ever again.
