These people promised to do a job, didnt fulfill and then stole money from me. They said I lost my deposit because I decided not to do business with them after 3 days...how do you lose a $2000 deposit when nothing was done??!!! NOTHING at all! They would not return my calls and then sent me a letter stating I was not getting my deposit back. This is a bad way to do business. How do people get away with doing business like this, stealing money from families especially with the circumstances we are facing.

They came and took info for an estimate and quote and they responded after a week. Called to schedule and never heared from them again. Customer service is awful!!

Sad company to deal with. Not happy at all. The inspector made them fix them. Thank God for the ispector.

CVS recently enclosed our lanai with floor to ceiling glass windows and screens. We purchased the Exculsive EMS Ori-II Package and we are very pleased with the results. No need for air conditioning and now we can use the space without the dirt and rain we previously experienced.Our questions were answered promptly. Installation was actually completed 3 weeks before the promise date. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. We would highly recommend CVS .

Custom vinyl systems did an awesome job with my replacement windows. Flawless from start to finish. I would highly recommend them

I had someone come out to my home almost three weeks ago for an estimate on redoing the screen in my screen room. They were supposed to call me the next day. I waited a week and called to remind them. I was told someone would call me back but nobody did. I called again and was told the owner would call me back and he didnt. This is a pretty big job as I already got an estimate of $6,500 so maybe they cant handle it. If thats the case, say something! Dont leave prospective customers hanging. Very unprofessional.
