It is unfortunate that Ben & Jerry’s has pulled out of Israel. The anti Semitic statement is reason enough for me to no longer buy any Ben & Jerry. So sad that a company can be another participant in the hate culture. I encourage everyone to boycott; until Ben and Jerry can reverse their hate .. Stop the Hate Ben & Jerry.. be a part of the solution.

Very bad experience.. I was wondering why the other ice cream chain on the boardwalk had plenty customers and more diversity and more customers. I love Ben&Jerrys ice cream but this particular ice cream shop showed because I wasnt a White American that I didnt deserve the same treatment as they do. I ordered a waffle cone after I witnessed plenty of other White American customers leave with nice big filled ice cream waffle cones and I said that looks good and I want one. I came to the register and was looking at all the varieties that Im use to seeing in the market and nobody ask did I need help but I just didnt pay attention because at the time that was a small thing. I decided and ordered a cookie dough waffle cone and a small kids cup for my two year old daughter the guy at the register snatched my ten dollar bill from me and I looked at him strange and then he politely in a sarcastic way handed me change back gently. When they gave me my cone the ice cream didnt even reach the top of the cone and I again looked at that a bit strange because of all the other cones I seen before then but I just didnt feel like the drama of complaining so I just was going to keep it moving because Im with my family, but they forgot to give me my baby cup so I waited and after about 2 minutes a guy comes over and said do you need help with something else and I said yall forgot to give me my baby cup and he said you probably didnt get charged for it and Im sure I did but he ended up giving me the cup because that wouldnt have gone well. So as we waited for the baby cup two more White Americans ordered waffle cones and there cones were over FLOWING with ice cream in which that was the reason I came to that shop in the first place so they handed me my kids cup and I complained to my lady saying I see why only certain people come here and a young White American girl employee said is there anything else you need with and attitude and rolled her eyes and again Im with my family so no drama on my part and I just left but I sure wasnt going to let that kind of treatment slide. I hope corporate sees this review and trains their employees in diversity treatment.

Great experience, the staff were really understanding and helpful. They did a great job and were really nice, also high quality ice cream. The prices are to be expected if you want to go here. If you have a problem with it then go somewhere else, but I am going to be here chilling with my expensive, amazing ice cream.

Best ice cream on the ocean city boardwalk..the service was very friendly and fast..my only problem is deciding which delicious flavor to get!

I never do reviews but we went here last night (July 1) and the ice cream of course was DELICIOUS and I was very happy with the customer service. They were busy but the staff was so helpful and friendly to me and my whole family. The two ladies that helped us were wonderful and I did not ask their names but I believe I caught Christina and Meghan were their names, lovely girls very nice to us and to each other which is just a testament to the great work atmosphere!!! I recommend stopping by!

Shout out to cashier(Brian) who my fiance let know was my birthday when we were ordering. He immediately started singing me the entire happy birthday song and it was amazing. Great ice cream and customer service.

I went here with my friend on the first day that it opened at the OC Boardwalk and their customer service was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially JUSTICE! Plus, the most important part, the ice cream, did not disappoint. If you go here, YOU NEED TO GET THE WAFFLE CONES! They make them fresh daily (and all throughout the day). We could smell them from blocks away and originally what caught our attention.

Great customer service!! Also as someone who cant eat dairy the dairy free options were amazing! Also kudos to the wooden spoons, great to see that a company is looking to be mindful of there impact on the environment.

It was good we were chilling bh the boardwalk.

Of course the ice cream is great, it’s Ben & Jerry’s. The real stars were the workers. The smiles and customer service were unlike anything that you get on the boardwalk. Kudos to the workers and management for fostering such a culture. Visited the evening of June 12th.

Staff is unfriendly and unintelligent. Not equipped to deal with take out orders.

Expensive though.
