Fun place for fries at the shore. Not cheap, but nothing is on the boardwalk. The staff were very helpful explaining the options and it was a fun snack / late lunch for the whole family. The largest fries was more than enough for all four of us. I suspect well never use the cheaper refill, but it is a fun idea.

I got fries from here. They were tasty. Very hot. Cool down before enjoying your fries or dunk them in malt vinegar.

Best funnel cake Ive had in a long time. Fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Yum! And just the right amount of powdered sugar.

Food was alright. Not too bad and not too good but the employees making the chip stick weren’t wearing gloves and that’s extremely unsanitary with a pandemic going on and letting employees just touch everyone’s food. I asked for a manager and they responded “the managers not here right now and you are holding up the line” with an attitude. Will not be coming back.

The best fries you will find on the boardwalk. Fresh, crispy, delicious and quick service. Also great chicken fingers and lemonade. Cant say enough good things about their food! I dare you to eat just one fry, you will want the whole bucket !

Fries were fresh and not overcooked. We actually bought too much cheese for them. They keep the area clean and to top it all off the bucket was free from a purchase at their apparel store. You can also keep the bucket for discounted refills.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak with a manager and both employees just looked at me and laughed when I explained how my pretzel was still frozen. Won’t be coming back

Great fries. My daughter said theyre the best fries in the world! Theyre fresh and the portion is generous. These are similar to Nathans Fries but fresher & better. Get the refillable lemonade cup. Refills are only $2.50 for life.

The fries taste nasty, like it had sand in it ..... the chicken is ok. Overall it’s ok, I didn’t like the fact they don’t have food covers so you can take it home.

This place is amazing. Located on the boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey, it attracts a large crowd. I was apart of that crowd a few years back. One deal that really appealed to me was the fry bucket that you can buy once and refill for about $4 each time you come back. I bought the bucket and used a coupon for free dipping sauce. I got the nacho cheese. The fries were amazing. They were cooked perfectly. There were some condiments at the place too, which were great. Unfortunately, the price went up if you want to buy a new bucket and it will be about $5 to refill the bucket each time. Luckily if you still have the $4 bucket, you dont have to pay $5. The staff is very friendly and they are very quick. I go there at least twice a month in the summer and if not, more. I definitely recommend this place.

We came here for the fries, but this restaurant does offer other items such a funnel cakes, corn dogs, and deep fried oreos, candy bars, and pickles. The fries were very good and tasty in a crinkle cut, steak fry style. Many toppings were available from the basic salt, pepper, ketchup, to vinegar, cheese, bbq sauce, honey mustard, etc. Overall, the restaurant offers good, boardwalk food. Watch out for the seagulls when attempting to eat it.

The fries were burnt and the lemonade tasted like water. Also the chicken tenders were flavorless. Too much money for low quality food.

They use a dedicated french fry frier. So no cross contamination if you are a celiac/ or gluten sensitive or if you have peanut/tree nut allergies. Great tasting fries too!

These are by far the Best Boardwalk fries! And I think best anywhere... maybe its the combination of location and nostalgia but they are truly terrific. The right combination of freshness, salt, and oil. Just make sure to share the bucket though, too much of them can get overwhelming with the grease. Delicious but definitly not a Healthy choice lol.

My wife, two girls, and I have been going to Ocean City for many years. We absolutely love Jillys French Fry Factory. The perfect combination: Jillys freshly squeezed lemonade with their amazing fries. From a family of FRY CONNOISSEURES, keep it up Fry Guy!

The fresh squeezed lemonade is just a lemon cut in half and then they put it in the cup. Then there is a ton of sugar. When my family and I took one sip of the lemonade, all we got was a mouth full of sugar. Not my favorite.

Ah yes. Jillys French Fry Factory. Where to begin. THEIR FRIES ARE AMAZING! But seriously they are awesome. A few years back I won these french fry buckets for there which were $4 refills which was a verg good price for their fries compared to their normal prices fries. You can now get $5 refill buckets which is still an okay deal. Theu have great condiments. If you use the OC coupon book, they have a coupon for a free drink or 50 cent condiment. I recommend the drink.

Lemonade from years ago was terrible, The Ice cream cone was stale. both items were overpriced. I was refused a replacement or a refund and was out $15 bucks. It was one of the most enraging, frustrating experiences I have ever had at the boardwalk over some junk food. Jillys sucks. Dont buy junk from Jillys.
