Their “technician”(joke), mr. Alex(as I recall) was rude, I spoke with him over the phone, and he sounds like he might need to be taught how to speak/treat paying customers. WE ARE NOT STUPID ALEX, we ARE CUSTOMERS! Learn how to talk to people. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MONEY HERE AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!

The guys here are amazing, Gavin definitely saved me! I went in the store right at closing needed radiator fluid, this was an emergency for me, the car a running hot due to a small leak... somewhere.They helped me find what I needed and none of the card traders would work for me to pay and I had no cash. Gavin paid for my radiator fluid so I would be ok, even offering to put it in for me. I didnt let him but he wouldve done it. I told Gavin I would pay him the next day and he told me not to worry about it, it a just 10 bucks. Amazing!! How many people would do this? Ill answer for you, one. Service could be better. I went there in the pouring rain to get new windshield wipers because mine were busted. The employee helping me just kind of shrugged when I asked how to get them put on. She then just told me maybe I should drive to some place dry to do them myself.

Very helpful staff. I had to stop here on vacation for a battery. The gentleman that helped me was awesome. He swapped the battery for me and was very thorough while doing so, making sure to take his time and show me every step of what he was doing. He was also a veteran, and I thanked him for helping me that day and for serving our country. If all businesses had employees like this guy, the world would be a better place. If his supervisor reads this, give the guy a raise!

I went into auto zone this morning to have my battery tested because my car did not want to start. I tried to explain to what was happening with my car and he immediately dismissed my claims of needing my battery checked. He had just come inside from checking another mans battery. I went down the street and had Advance check my battery and low and behold I needed a new battery! So Thanks for nothing AutoZone! I honestly felt like the guy didn’t want to help me! But Advanced did and they are awesome!!! Good Customer Service goes a long way!

Great services employees are very helpful when it comes to parts and services

They do a good job of keeping up with your warranties provided you register with them and sometimes remind them. They will replace most batteries and light bulbs, free with purchase. They will run free diagnostics but it doesnt always give the right answer; which I dont think is their fault.

No AutoZone now is using coronavirus cuz they cant check your battery they cant check a line ordered something from them paid for it went back the following week when the order was supposed to be there they begin to tell me that it wouldnt be in for 3 to 5 weeks but you didnt tell me that when I ordered it and paid for it so yeah screw AutoZone

I recently had an electrical problem with my car. After Daniel inspected the vehicle he found that it was a simple relay causing the problem. Boy was I relieved and so happy because other stores were trying to sell me a starter or a fuel pump. What a great and knowledgeable guy!

I used to swear by auto zone. Went in today to get wiper blades for my truck. They immediately went fir the jugular. Tried to sell me some brand for $32....each! Never mentioned the cheaper ones down the row. Said price range was between $23 and $32. I called Advanced Auto. Theirs started at $9 each with free installation. Needless to say I went there. 10 mins later I had decent blades and clean hands. Thanks Advanced Auto. Guess I will be using you for my truck needs in the future.

The salesman was so helpful. The book for windshield wipers said one size but my truck takes a different size. He took care of everything in a very friendly and professional manner.

I have had several negative experiences with this store and have decided to never return, there is an Advanced Auto 100 yards down the road that provides excellent customer service. The main issue with this store is with one of the daytime managers: he was there 10/19/2017 at 9:30 am.I was originally not going to post a review in lieu of simply not returning, but decided to because of the managers propensity for passing false information and claiming its policy. For example, I was buying brake shoes today and the manager told me that I was required to provide my personal cell phone number in order to receive the warranty. I am not comfortable giving my personal cell number out and offered to provide another phone number. The manager, who says his name is Bryce insisted that I provide my personal cell number or I would not receive a warranty on the parts and that it was against policy to accept any other number. I know this to be a lie, ANY phone number will work for tracking purposes or to associate the purchase, especially if that number is connected to the individual making the purchase. My first issue with this manager was some weeks ago whenever I asked about AC coolant for my car. I was told by the guy at the counter that if I purchased the coolant, an associate would be able to help me use it on my vehicle. So, the next day, I showed up with my vehicle and purchased the coolant. After I bought it, the same manager refused to allow someone to aid me with the coolant citing that it was against policy. Until recently, I had always gone to Autozone and they have always helped me; they will not/cannot DO the work for you, but they can certainly give advice and point you in the right direction. Evidently, that level of customer care no longer exists at Autozone, at least not at the one on Bienville in Ocean Springs. According to the manager, its against policy to use working knowledge of parts to help customers and if you dont provide him your personal cell number you cant have a warranty on the products you buy there.

2 vehicles with poor results both times. 65 plymouth. Had to pay up front to order parts. EVERY SINGLE PART WAS WRONG FOR MY BRAKE JOB. The next was an ac compressor that was non functioning. I brought it back and told the guy i was charged for labor of 150 to put in. He said, you probable got something in it when it was a put in. It was by a certified mechanic. AVOID THIS PLACE.
