Horrible customer service. They are not organized at all. They have you waiting 2 hours to tell you they are having to wait 4 additional hours. They don’t have all products needed. It is sad when customers walk out because you lied to them.I will never use this Walmart again.

I always make it a point to be there at opening(7am). I was 1st customer. Getting oil change and tire rotation. Only 2 employees, it took 20 mins to start and 2.5 hrs for them to finish.

Went in for a simple oil change, waited 2 hours, and my car did not move and inch. They were not busy and somehow overlooked my vehicle. Only after I asked for my keys did they say they were going to start working on the oil change. Staff seems uncapable of giving a friendly greeting and it seems like you are a burden when you pull up for service.

This time it went well, they were relatively quick about changing a tire, oil, and replacing a head light bulb. We went to waffle house, spent 20 mins at a car wash, drove back walked around the store 15-20mins and the job was done. It seemed to go by quick.

Went to Auto Service Center for replacement battery. Was the only customer in the 5 service bays at that time. Cant say the two techs who were present were too efficient. It took them about 40 minutes to remove old batter and install new. A process that I could have done myself in 5 minutes. So it was free labor, but they really milked the clock.

I called to make an appointment and was told there was no wait and an appointment was not needed. When I showed up 15 minutes later, there was a 90 minute wait. The estimated 1.5 hour wait turned into 3.5 HOURS. When I arrived, I was told the wait wouldn’t be as long and that another mechanic was scheduled to come in soon to assist. When I asked a manager about it after the fact, it was clear that she was just making up excuses for no apparent reason. While waiting 210 minutes for two tires, I got to overhear the same employee that underestimated my wait time by 2 hours and make up info about another mechanic coming in soon, brag about doing drugs with her son the night before, only because he was having a bad day.

We have always had our oil changed or tires plugged or replaced here. But the last few times we have gone we are told there is a 5 hour wait but yet there are maybe 2 cars ahead of us. Unless this changes we wont be back.

Friday morning around 8 am i try to get an oil change, and there are 3 cars ahead of me. No one is being serviced yet and its a 3 hour wait. Really i could change it myself in about 15 to 20 minutes and the guy says it takes 45. A car getting tires rotated at least and hour, and new tires and hour and a half? This is unexceptable. I get one day off every 2 weeks and would like to make the most of it not wait in linefor hours. Lost my business for good

Got new battery for my car. Technician said we have 2 different batteries 1 2 year and 1 4 year battery. I said Ill take the 2 year battery I dont plan on keeping the car 4 years

I bought new tires and my TPMS light has been on ever since.

Put my tires on but, they didnt put a guard down on floor board now grease footprints grrrrr

They didnt put enough oil in the car the engine light came on took it back to him and they argued about it. most likely didnt put the oil plug back in there and this isnt the first time theyve done that. first time shame on you second time shame on me. I guess thats my fault but Ill never go back again.

I just got back from Walmart Super Walmart in Ocean Springs Auto Center I brought in the trailer tire that had a flat tire he says we dont repair tube tires but if you get in YouTube Ill put it in for you said okay so I went and got it to brought it back to him make a long story short once we got it in there it wouldnt tear up it was leaking this is a brand new tire and boy that was trying to do it took him about 15 to 20 minutes to do and then manager told me I told you we dont do tires with tubes in them I said yes but you said you replace the tube in a tire and now the tubes broken brand new what are you going to do he says nothing Im sorry very dissatisfied

With a 3 hour wait to change ONE tire, yall need more than one technician AND a television in the waiting area!

Its simply takes to long for them to put a single tire, I know they are getting paid by hour, but thats extremely slow.
